“Our family was in Japan for two weeks. We had previously stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and St. Regis in Osaka. We finished our trip with a 3-day stay at Conrad Osaka, the best hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and our luggage was taken from the taxi and then escorted to the elevator to the lobby. Once we were upstairs, we were taken to the counter to check in after walking through the incredible lobby. We were notified that we were upgraded to a corner suite which was a pleasant surprise. I am Diamond with Hilton, which allows for upgrades.
Once in the room, we were surprised by how large the room was. This was easily twice the size of the St. Regis room and just as lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spacious. We found everything to be clean and had no signs of wear. The only thing I would note is that the power outlets at this hotel are only two-prong and do not have the ground that some plugs require. You can ask the front desk for an adapter.
We used the daily breakfast in the hotel every day. This breakfast was a combination of a buffet and menu order. The menu had some dishes of the day, along with some egg options. The buffet was extensive and varied and more than enough to satisfy anyone. On the first day, while having breakfast, I was approached by the Director of Operations, Pam. She introduced herself and wanted to ensure that we had no issues with our stay, which was a nice touch.
There is also an executive lounge, which we utilize a few times. Sitting down and relaxing with some food and drinks in the lounge was nice after a long day. The view from the lounge is incredible so I would recommend this as well.
