“This place is a great find. The staff were so helpful and the apartment was ideal. It's clean and well stocked. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was just wonderful. Its close to the Eiffel Tower and there are a couple if metro stations nearby. The complementary coffee in the lobby was a godsend! I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Wrapped up a 3 night stay. Sept 2-5, 2022. Location: this was a great location for me. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Trocodero and wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. I did not use the metro so I can’t speak to that. Lots of restaurants close by. Lots. There is a small market less than 100 yards away. Cold beer and champagne there. Fresh fruit. Snacks. Candy. Very convenient. There is a Franprix about 1/4 mile down the road if you need a larger selection. The entrance is on a small side street. Note: left in a taxi at 7am. Got stuck behind the garbage pickup for about 10 minutes due to the direction we left in and the width of the street. Check in: Typical Paris requirements. Hand over your passport. Pay the city tax. Fill out a contact form. We arrived at noon and were told our room would not be ready until 3pm. Kinda sucks when you have been up for 30 hours but it happens. One thing I wish more hotels would do is offer early Check-In for a small fee. Hilton properties (some of them) will let you check in early for €40. I would gladly pay that. So. Who knows. Was offered a choice of how many room keys. The front desk will hold your bags for you with a paper tag to track ownership. We were told they only offer maid service after six days. Since we had a 3 day no cleaning. But. They offered a closet on the floor that allowed you to drop used linens and towels and pick up clean ones as well. This closet also had garbage bags, and toilet items. Toilet paper, soap, etc. The Room: Small elevator next to check in. Easily fits two people and luggage. Maybe you could squeeze a third…..maybe. Elevator is a tad slow but works fine. We had room 501. Opened the door and felt the wonderful experience of running air conditioning. Noticed a immediate reduction in humidity. They had left the a/c running on high. Now this being said. It’s France. Their idea of A\C and the USA idea is worlds apart. My guess is the room cooled to about 72F. It was comfortable. Would I have liked it cooler? Yes. Of course I would. I always take a travel electric fan. The combo of the A/C and the fan made for a pleasant time. Our room had a huge outdoor balcony. It also had a table and 4 chairs. The view was of a courtyard and residential housing. Not too bad. We noticed the rooms below on our side (2,3,4) did not have balconies but floor 1 did. We had selected a 1 bedroom option. Once inside the room there was a small round table and two chairs. To the left was the toilet. Sink and mirror. Tub and shower. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Two Bath towels and two hand towels. Hair dryer. The shower had a removal flex wand. Good water pressure. Super hot water if you wanted it. The kitchen had a microwave, a sink, dual electric hot flattop. There was a dishwasher and a mini fridge. The mini fridge did not work. I pulled it out. It was unplugged. I plugged it in and it fired up. It worked great after that. There were dishes, glasses, silverware for 2. Note. No coffee maker. But. You are in Paris. You should not visit Paris to drink coffee in your hotel room. There was a small garbage can with extra trash bags under the sink. A sponge. Some dish towels and dishwashing detergent. The bedroom was nice. The bed was one of those two twin mattresses with a insert to make it a full. A oversized flat sheet not a fitted sheet. Then a duvet covered blanket. Four pillows. There was a small night stand for each side of the bed. There were night lights and power for each side of the bed as well. There is a small closet with a ironing board, safe, hangers, and storage. Bottom line. I will stay here again. I enjoyed my stay and had minimal issues. Oh the neighborhood is a safe area for families. UBER decided to not work …….however the front desk quickly jumped into action and we had a taxi within 10 minutes. It’s a €60 flat fare from the hotel to CDG.”
