“Breakfast and parking are NOT included. Also the elevator was broken. So we had to carry our bags upstairs. The beds were comfortable. So I will give it two stars.
Update: the front desk let us know breakfast was included during the time of check in. But the manager claimed breakfast is not included. After going back and forth for a while the manager apologized for the confusion and offered us free parking instead. I will up a star for the customer service.”

“The rudest and least helpful hotel staff ever. I drove to the wrong Best Western. They didn’t care to help the other place that has pretty much the same name (Best Western Plus Executive Airport). Not only wasn’t helped in any way. To make things worth they locked the door when I was waiting for an Uber outside. I had a medical emergency in front of their door and the wouldn’t let me inside anymore.”
