“Perfect hotel! 8 restaurants, incredible views, great location. What more could you ask for?”
— George A
“Although the room felt a bit dated and stuffy, the overall experience was good. I stayed mostly inside the room occasionally going out to the gym, which had great views and was spacious. Room service was great, but I would appreciated it if they had more options especially from the restaurants.
I gave it a 2 mainly because I was almost charged double if I didn't point out the rate rules of the package I booked. Apparently the staffs had a miscommunication or maybe they were not fully aware of the new package plan. I know mistakes happen but when it comes to money, these things should not happen especially at a 5 star hotel.”
