Ótimo hotel. Funcionários muito educados e muito bem treinados para atender. A localização é ótima. Próxima dos principais pontos turísticos. Os quartos são espaçosos. O café da manhã tem bastante opção.

I'm in a wheelchair. I was offered a wheelchair accessible room. Usually, hotels owned by Marriott don't fail in many categories... But this one doesn't fail to disappoint. I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, but this room was anything but accessible.I can't say anything else, as I saw myself in the position of either risking falling in the bathroom, or leave the hotel. I chose the latter.I had never had a bad experience at a Fairfield. If you promise something so important and so basic as the possibility to use a bathroom, please fulfill your promise.The location was good tho. I would have expected better from a hotel placed in a place so crucial as the downtown of this beautiful city.

Unfortunately our room was infested with fleas. The front desk clerk moved us into another room but my psychological response had me itching the entire stay and I was concerned that the clothing in my luggage had been infested since I opened it on the floor (no luggage rack in the room) I was told that management would be contacting me but I no one ever reached out. Nothing was offered for our inconvenience. I gave 2 stars for the simple fact the the front desk clerk did the bare minimum of providing us with a new room after I requested it. Also this is a 2-star hotel that only offers valet parking for $35 per night. Not necessary. They need to open the parking garage for self-park. It’s obvious the reason for the valet parking is to get extra money from the patrons. The valet attendants don’t even help you with your baggage nor do they even offer. I expected better service all around from the Marriott franchise.

This is our second time staying in Savannah and this place was totally fine. I like Marriott BonVoys and this one is right in the historic district, so it’s located pretty conveniently. The breakfast was pretty good! The waffles were exceptionally good for hotel breakfast, but there was something really good in them! The rooms are a decent size for the narrow architecture and if you have children, I would recommend upgrading to a suite as it extends room a bit. One thing I preferred was that the elevator ran quickly and smoothly and was near the breakfast area. It wasn’t difficult to navigate the premise and everyone was kind and friendly. The front desk clerks were always extremely friendly and engaged in conversation. The cleaning crew did a nice job. The hotel was clean overall. There were a few places here and there that could have been a little cleaner or a little attention was needed in certain areas.But nothing horrible!Overall, I would stay here again. Esta é a nossa segunda vez em Savannah e este lugar foi totalmente bom. Eu gosto do Marriott BonVoys e este fica bem no distrito histórico, por isso está convenientemente localizado. O café da manhã era muito bom! Os waffles eram excepcionalmente bons para o café da manhã do hotel, mas havia algo realmente bom neles! Os quartos são de um tamanho decente para a arquitetura estreita e, se você tiver filhos, eu recomendaria fazer um upgrade para uma suíte, pois aumenta um pouco o espaço. Uma coisa que eu preferia era que o elevador funcionasse com rapidez e suavidade e ficava perto da área de café da manhã. não foi difícil para navegar na premissa e todos foram gentis e amigáveis. Os recepcionistas sempre foram extremamente simpáticos e conversavam. A equipe de limpeza fez um bom trabalho. O hotel era limpo em geral. Havia alguns lugares aqui e ali que poderiam ter sido um pouco mais limpos ou um pouco de atenção era necessária em certas áreas. Mas nada horrível! No geral, eu ficaria aqui novamente.

King bedroom has good space and set up, efficient & tasteful. Great water pressure in the shower. My primary concern so far has been issues with connecting to the WiFi. Got on the network once and it has refused to connect since then. Staff have been great - friendly and helpful. Anyone coming should also be aware that there's a $35 per day parking fee.

First, this is my personal opinion. This hotel was commentary, so there was no choice for myself. That being said this hotel is in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. Next to many restaurants, and tapas bars, high foot traffic. It is a very busy hotel, lots of guests. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed, the front desk staff were indifferent. There was a small side street or temporary parking area, i drove by this many times. Parking is valet only, and that is an additional fee. Valet staff were very friendly, and welcoming. Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable. Noticeable repairs in bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was basic, to keep up with the volume of guests. There were families there but I would not call it a family hotel. It was myself and my daughter, it was more like a pick up location. Lots of staring and uneasy interactions. A guest heard my daughter singingso he knocked on our doorand pretended to be hotel staff asking my daughter if she needed towels, just to meet her. It creeped her out. The next night ( we only stayed 2 nights) an inebriated woman came to our room and tried to open the door. She was lost. Through the peep hole we watched this poor woman text her family or friends to come get her. Suffice to say we were happy to check out. If you want to explore downtown Savannah, its very walkable, meet people, hang out eat and drink, flirt, explore the city, This location is for you. If you want relaxation, peace, pool for the kids, not busy, look for something away from the city. Outside photos are morning street views from side street of the hotel. Reparos visíveis no banheiro. O café da manhã de cortesia era básico, para acompanhar o volume de hóspedes. Havia famílias lá, mas eu não chamaria de hotel familiar. Era eu e minha filha, era mais como um local de coleta. Muitos olhares e interações desconfortáveis. Um hóspede ouviu minha filha cantando, então ele bateu na nossa porta e fingiu ser um funcionário do hotel perguntando à minha filha se ela precisava de toalhas, apenas para conhecê-la. Isso a assustou. Na noite seguinte ( ficamos apenas 2 noites) uma mulher embriagada veio ao nosso quarto e tentou abrir a porta. Ela estava perdida. Pelo olho mágico, vimos essa pobre mulher mandar uma mensagem para sua família ou amigos para vir buscá-la. Basta dizer que ficamos felizes em fazer o check-out. Se você quiser explorar o centro de Savannah, é muito caminhável, conhecer pessoas, sair para comer e beber, paquerar, explorar a cidade, este local é para você. Se você quer descanso, sossego, piscina para as crianças, não está ocupado, procure algo longe da cidade. As fotos externas são vistas matinais da rua lateral do hotel.

Overall we had a pleasant experience staying here. Nice and comfortable bed, large shower, friendly front desk staff who accommodated our request and provided us with some extra blankets for our baby. The valet the evening we checked in was quick and extremely friendly, and worked as hard as three people. We needed to get our car back after he already parked it to grab a formula for our 4 month old, even though it was pouring down outside. Unfortunately things did not go as smoothly with the valet staff this morning. We ended up leaving almost an hour later than we anticipated. The two valet staff working this morning were completely inexperienced of what was going on. First, the automatic valet ticket system failed after 15 minutes because no valet staff were available to accept our request.My husband had to go downstairs to turn in the ticket, which he had to wait for another 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. He was then informed that our keys could not be located and he was asked how long did he have before having to be back at work ( we had a 6 hour drive home).After another 15 minutes they staff returned saying " OK,sir, I have good and I have bad news... " *Pause* "The good news is we found the keys.The bad news we can't bring your car to you... none of us know how to drive stick. My husband ended up having to bring the car himself. You would think Marriott would fully train their staff. A valet, at a minimum, should know to drive an automatic and a manual, regardless of how popular they are these days.there was no point in me paying for valet service if I hsd to retrieve my own vehicle...Breakfast was nice and warm, although it was missing pancakes, or waffles, or bacon or sausage.Which apparently are only served on the weekend. Overall, a nice and comfortable hotel for a decent price. No geral, tivemos uma experiência agradável ficar aqui. Cama agradável e confortável, chuveiro grande, funcionários simpáticos da recepção que acomodaram nosso pedido e nos forneceram alguns cobertores extras para nosso bebê. O manobrista na noite em que fizemos o check-in foi rápido e extremamente amigável, e trabalhou tão duro quanto três pessoas. Precisávamos pegar nosso carro de volta depois que ele já estacionou para pegar uma fórmula para nosso bebê de 4 meses, mesmo que estivesse chovendo lá fora. Infelizmente, as coisas não correram tão bem com a equipe de manobrista esta manhã. Acabamos saindo quase uma hora mais tarde do que prevíamos. Os dois funcionários que trabalhavam esta manhã eram completamente inexperientes do que estava acontecendo. Primeiro, o sistema automático de valet ticket falhou após 15 minutos porque não havia funcionários disponíveis para aceitar nosso pedido. Meu marido teve que descer para entregar o ingresso, que ele teve que esperar por mais 10 minutos antes que alguém finalmente aparecesse. Ele foi então informado de que nossas chaves não podiam ser localizadas e ele foi perguntado quanto tempo ele tinha antes de voltar ao trabalho (tivemos uma viagem de 6 horas para casa). Depois de mais 15 minutos, a equipe voltou dizendo "OK, senhor, tenho boas e más notícias..." *Pausa* "A boa notícia é que encontramos as chaves. A má notícia, não podemos trazer seu carro para você. ... nenhum de nós sabe dirigir manopla. Meu marido acabou tendo que trazer o carro sozinho. Você pensaria que a Marriott treinaria totalmente sua equipe. Um manobrista, no mínimo, deve saber dirigir um automático e um manual, independentemente de como eles são populares nos dias de hoje, não havia nenhum ponto em eu pagar por serviço de manobrista se eu hsd para recuperar meu próprio veículo ... O café da manhã era bom e quente, embora estivesse faltando panquecas, ou waffles, ou bacon ou salsicha. Que aparentemente são servidos apenas no fim de semana. No geral, um hotel agradável e confortável por um preço decente.

The hotel does not offer feather pillow alternatives. If you are like me and require more supportive pillows to sleep, know that they can only provide small square cotton pillows (essentially a couch throw pillow) as an alternative. Even though you are able to request a feather free room... not sure why that is even an option if they don't have non-feather pillows? The valet is a mess - there is construction blocking the GPS route to the hotel, and there are no signs directing guests where to go. We eventually found the valet by luck (drive through the bus station). The room's air conditioning is mediocre at best - the room was 75 when we arrived, very humid, and it look over an hour to cool by 2 degrees. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

It's just a waffle and biscuit in plastic heated up, muffins, fruit and instant oatmeal. This is served daily. There is a bar on site but I did not try it nor did I see anyone in the area. The location is perfect for tour attractions, trolley, and restaurants. But, that's the only positive I have for this hotel. Besides the nice lady who always spoke with us during breakfast daily, other than that, no there staff was as pleasant. Meu primeiro quarto tive que ser movido porque a cama estava suja. As luzes do quarto ao lado não funcionavam corretamente no banheiro, mas não valia a pena reclamar. A seleção de café-da-manhã é horrível. É apenas um waffle e biscoito em plástico aquecido, muffins, frutas e aveia instantânea. Este é servido diariamente. Há um bar no local, mas não experimentei nem vi ninguém na área. A localização é perfeita para atrações turísticas, bonde e restaurantes. Mas, esse é o único aspecto positivo que tenho para este hotel. Além da simpática senhora que sempre falava conosco durante o café da manhã diariamente, fora isso, não havia funcionários tão agradáveis.

Esta en centro de cuidad por ende serca de todo...el personal super amable...el cafe bien rico...la habitacion limpia y acogedora....es una buena opción...gracias...
