“Location is excellent, Mitte is a much nicer district of Berlin. Very convenient for visiting the zoo.
Restaurant food was good, as we're the drinks.
Staff are by far the stand out feature of this hotel, very friendly and helpful.
Only 3 stars because our room wasn't the best, very noisy air conditioning, uncomfortable bed with noisy linen led to very poor sleep.”
