“It was a very bad experience , We left 100 $ in deposits when we arrived at the hotel then we extended the reservation for one more night , we were surprised that the reservation was not made so they asked us to leave the room immediately when were on a trip far away from the hotel , when we came back for checking out they dedcuted 50 $ for the delay!! And it was all their fault , they were not cooperative at all. The staff cant speak english very well and hence it was difficult for us to explain the exact situation for them,a non pleasantcustomer service, worst experience ever.”
