“This hotel is expensive. It should have a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes or as scheduled. Get for their own personal shuttle is 40 euros. Total rip-off but they do call you a taxi so to get there and back to the airport cost you an additional $17. Hotel doesn't have a pool either for that price. Hotel is very nice but for that price point it should include a shuttle so it falls short. Rumors also little small for that price. There is room to improve”

“Buyer beware! No airport shuttle even though the website/app advertise an airport shuttle. They have a €41 private car that they call an airport shuttle. We purchased the private car option and it showed up 30 minutes late.”

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast. Close to the airport. Unfortunately, no shuttle to a terminal - have to get a taxi.

Brand new and cozy hotel, 10 minutes from the IST airport. The taxi fare was around 10 USD. The hotel counts with a good continental breakfast and a gym with some equipments and dumbbells. In front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant with the traditional Turkish pide, don't miss it.

this is an ok hotel, but it is poorly run. they use an unreliable overpriced third party shuttle company which caused us real issues on departure. The staff has lots of rules, and problems communicating them. The hotel is understaffed and clearly run on a shoestring. To be frank they are just kind of incompetent. You can stay here. It'll be fine. Just don't rely on them for anything.
