“Tive a pior experiência da minha vida aqui no Hilton. Deveríamos estar em quarentena e isolados aqui por dois dias, mas já se passaram 11 horas que ainda não recebemos os quartos. Há um monte de famílias sentadas aqui esperando ter quartos disponíveis. (Alguns de nós têm bebês conosco). Não há atendimento ao cliente, nem hospitalidade, nem ninguém da gerência com quem falar. Todos nós acabamos de receber um salão / área comum e estamos aqui há horas. (E, se alguém entre nós estiver infectado, eles podem facilmente espalhar o vírus) Qual é o propósito da quarentena ???NÃO reserve a sua estadia neste hotel. Como, ainda estamos nos perguntando se vamos conseguir os quartos ou não. (P.s: Fizemos nossas reservas com 3 semanas de antecedência e pagamos cargas de caminhão de dinheiro por um serviço / experiência tão patético).”

“Eu fiquei neste lugar para minha quarentena. Inicialmente era para ser de 2 dias, mas foi estendido para 7 dias após os exames de saúde. Toda a experiência, do check-in à extensão ao check-out, foi perfeita. Os quartos são bonitos e limpos. O serviço é impecável. Optei por um menu de comida asiática não veg que foi realmente ótimo! Elogios ao chef! A recepção foi de grande ajuda sempre que eu precisava de alguma coisa. Rachelle no balcão de reservas e os gerentes do hotel foram muito úteis para garantir que a extensão fosse descomplicada. O serviço de limpeza cuidava de minhas necessidades de café, mesmo quando eu estava em quarentena. Agradecimentos especiais a Christine e Ana do serviço de quarto pela cordialidade! Um ótimo lugar para ficar em Doha!”
