“The James Hotel in Chicago is in a great location. The hotel itself looks like it’s been newly remodeled. Our room was horrible. We had mold all over the room in different areas. I’m just thankful nobody got sick. Look at the mold growing over the table. This cannot be healthy for its residents.”

“Nice hotel with a nice fitness center in the basement. Lobby was under construction while I was there, so it should be really nice in a few months. The rooms are overall nice and stylishly furnished. Those who appreciate that will probably like it. For my business travel need it wasn't as nice as a business hotel. The sink is cool looking, but at 1" deep not very functional. Also, there are no chairs in the room, just a booth-style seat with a table next to it. Not great for working on a laptop. Still, a nice enough hotel to warrant 3.5-4 stars for me.”
