“Rooms are large and spacious, good breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. Location is brilliant for getting round Brugge. 15 mins walk from Railway station. Staff friendly and helpful”

“Worth it for the price we paid but we didn’t see how the hotel sits at 4 stars.
The good:
- Excellent location - near the centre of the city with a market right on the doorstep at the weekend. Walking distance to train station.
- Good late night bar, restaurant and breakfast bar
- Well priced for overall experience
- Really big double bed - very comfortable
- Decent bathroom with toiletries
- TV had channels in several languages
- Friendly staff
The bad:
- Lumpy pillows, gross mattress
- No deep cleaning for assumedly quite awhile
- Carpet was disgusting, more stained than not - white hotel towels had dark green/brown stains on them.
- Really distinct smell. Hallway smelt burnt and musty, room was similar - smell in room was an overpowering amount of men’s cologne, most likely from previous occupants.
- Loud house cleaning next door each morning talking loudly to each other while we try to sleep in
- Old and barely functioning hair dryer - definitely not ideal for long hair”
