“Overall, the hotel and rooms were dated. The bed was comfortable enough but there were marks on the furniture, walls, and carpets. My room smelled of smoke that persisted throughout my stay. I assume someone in another room was smoking and it consistently came through to my room. My coworker who I was travelling with had blood stains on her carpet when she arrived. But...the worst part was the temperature. Apparently the entire hotel is set to "heat mode" so you have no control over the rooms' individual temperatures. One of our rooms was 73 and the other 78. This never changed and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. The hotel is aware of this and said there's nothing they can do. So...unless you are looking for sweltering heat in the Minnesota fall/winter, this hotel is not for you.”

“Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning is amazing and everything is fresh and they have so many options and they also accommodate food allergies because I am lactose but they had almond milk. The pool was amazing and I had it all to myself. I literally don't have one negative thing to say”
