“It was my birthday so I stopped in for dinner....... it was amazing. EVERY staff member was helpful and pleasant; from the Security in the Parking lot to the Servers and Managers. The waiters are friendly and they seem like they genuinely care about you and are hoping that you are enjoying the experience. Its also keen to note that most; if not everyone, acknowledges you. A smile of acknowledgment really makes one feel good. A few even checked in to find out if all was well. Even though it wasn't their table. NO ... not in an annoying way.
Plus it's not as pricey as it looks from the outside. The menu is a little limited but decent and the food was excellent. Got a blended Fruit punch .... I wasn't impressed. I make better ones at home. ALL in ALL though, I was impressed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks AC Hotel for renewing my faith in the Customer service delivery in Jamaica.”

“The Hotel is really nice. Trust me you will love it. Whether you come as a guest or come for drinks and some food to chill, you will enjoy. The staff is beyond great.
Front desk supervisor, Jazine is exceptionally passionate and professional. That is the type of supervisor a business wants on their staff.
From the moment you come into the property, the staff in the parking lot, the employee opening the front lobby door for you, the agents behind the front desk, housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant is excellent. the ambiance is so good, i truly was like WOW!!! Actually, the whole entire experience is WOW!!!
The bed is so comfortable, and trust me I needed that, I went to Kingston to relax cause I have been dealing with my terminally ill mother, and the 2 days I spent at the AC hotel really really helped.
In closing, I only could remember one name, however, everyone was so nice. I definitely will return without a doubt. I'm spreading the word to all my friends that they must go there, even if its for cocktails.”
