“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was dreadful. Fully booked and there were only two members of staff (for more than 200 guests), breakfast only served from 7-745 due to Covid restrictions but we weren’t told until we’d paid, when we asked for a refund/planned to go somewhere else we were told we couldn’t as it was booked through hotels.com, and last but not least, the rooms have dusty, dainty old fans and no decent ventilation, so on the warm summer evening we had to resort to leaving our windows wide open, which overlook a loud bar (Le Parc) with live music until 1am. Well worth avoiding this place, and taking the time to find a beautiful Airbnb or bed and breakfast which are plentiful in this wonderful region.”

“Really good hotel with great staff. The rooms are always clean and very modern, lacking nothing. The beds are spotless and very durable.There’s an O’Learys on the second floor for all guests and visitors. So there’s always beer, sports and a great mood.The breakfast is rich and has something for everyone. In particularly the coffee and sausages are good.Staff is friendly and understanding, during the summer heatwave they offered us all extra fans for our rooms. Bag drop is always available too, however unmonitored.Best hotel in Falun.”
