“Ar condicionado estava insuficiente para manter o quarto fresco. O botão de regulagem de temperatura não funcionava, segundo o atendente, quando fiz a reclamação. Me disse que a temperatura tinha regulagem fixa em 20 °C, mas o quarto estava a mais de 24°C. Os carpetes dos corredores parecem meio velhos e sujos, poderiam ser trocados. O café da manhã sensacional! Muitas frutas, sucos, pães, bolos, ovos, embutidos, bebidas quentes, ... Atendimento dos funcionários também excelente.”

“Houve um vacilo nesse hotel, furtaram uma bolsa no café da manhã de uma senhora com passaporte, dinheiro, celular e outros documentos pessoais. Pegaram na cadeira onde ela estava tomando café. Ela foi buffet pegar um yogorte quando voltou tinha desaparecido. Segundo nosso guia tem carteirista que se hospeda no hotel para furta. É bom hotel! Fica o aviso!”
