This hotel is extremely DIRTY! When we checked in, we found a set of fake eyelashes right by the bed on the ground! It is very noticeable and if they even bothered to clean the room before check in, they should have noticed that. Including pictures of other dirty items we found when we first checked in. There were also ants/bugs in the room! We were in a big expensive suite, so we expected much better. The thermostat wasn’t working and the room was freezing. There was also not enough light in the room with all the lights on (1 bulb was out too) and the engineer who came to fix the thermostat even had to use a flashlight to see what he was doing because the room was so dark. The carpets were very dirty with a lot of stains and small scraps that weren’t vacuumed. The food is really not good and extremely overpriced. They charge 18% gratuity even at the grab and go market. Parking is $10 a night. Also, I checked out and paid my bill. Then later I see a charge from the hotel to my card. They definitely miscalculated my breakfast and trying to charge me extra. I don’t think they should be allowed to charge me anything after I have already left and paid my bill and charging me for an amount I didn’t authorize. I contacted the hotel accounting department and waiting for them to get back to me. Really frustrating to deal with this! Even though the quality of this hotel was very bad, the employees were all very nice. I think they are severely understaffed, which doesn’t help at all. This hotel needs some serious renovations! I would never stay at this Hilton again!

Pésimo servicio. No vale la pena. Hay hoteles más baratos con muchooooo mejor servicio. El desayuno es malo y caro. Solicité servicio a la habitación un miércoles para jueves y sábado (estuve 8 días) solo fueron 1 luego de pedir 1000 veces!!! Las personas que atienden el comedor pesadas y de malos modos. El aire acondicionado lo ponen a todo lo que da por lo que te congelas. Las máquinas de gym no funcionan. Pésima experiencia!

Our flight was delayed so needed a hotel quickly. Booked online really easily, hotel was clean and staff were friendly - the housekeepers were very friendly and chatty! Ate at the restaurant on-site as being a Sunday the nearby diners were closed - i am now glad we did as the food was excellent and well priced. Outside pool was really nice but due to unseasonal cold in Miami we were unable to use it.

Uno de los hoteles más nombrados y costosos por noche, pero un pésimo servicio. Empezando por el costo para parquear, que es individual al costo de la habitación, la habitación no le hacen aseo dicen que por el “COVID” y llamas a pedir el servicio para limpiar y te dicen “NO” es que por el COVID no hacemos aseo, REALLY?, sigo… el baño no baja bien, para dormir en el piso donde estába tenían una fiesta, SI Una fiesta con mucha bulla a media noche, llamamos a recepción para quejarnos pues no podíamos dormir, 3 veces y las 3 llamadas dijeron, “no en ese piso no hay nada ya subimos” No realmente tuvimos que salir de la habitación mirar el número de donde estaba la fiesta y tocar nosotros personalmente. La peor experiencia si piensas en tomas unas vacaciones y descansar. Realmente muy mala experiencia

Not worth $300 a night, not clean and after 4 days of stay never got house cleaning to come by our room once. I had to buy cleaning products from Walmart and clean our room myself because it was so dirty when we first arrived. This hotel doesn’t feel like a Hilton at all and is definitely not worth what they charge. The best part of this hotel is the valet who did a great job but other than that i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you had to for an event. And they were out of their signature cookies everyday.

The Bellmen and employees are great and it is nice, but it was one of the worst experiences for me. They will not bring food to your room and good luck if they message you back on the app. Calling, it took a few hours during peak times because they’re not available to pickup phone. I’m going with Marriott, they’re processes are better. I tried late checkout but was told there’s nothing they can do and I got charged the $275 for the night even though I left in afternoon, it’s BS. Needs new management desperately

Everything is very run down, everything is very dirty, a motel 6 or 8 is better. The rooms are not cleaned daily. The elevators are all dirty. The corridors and rooms. The carpets are all dirty and old. The rooms are all old and dirty. I do not recommend your stay. , only the lobby and restaurants have a good presentation, apart from which they charge you for parking

I’ve stayed indozens of Hilton brand hotels and this stands out as the worst I can remember. I really didn’twant to walk barefoot on the old dingy carpet and Dreary is the best word I can use to describe the rooms.But to be fair the check-in staff were friendly & the room we had was spacious with a comfortable bed, but I would not chose to stay there again.

The hotel rooms are not clean and they are outdated. The carpet is gross with stains in the room.The room’s balcony had used cigarette butts thrown on it. The bathroom has hair and dust in all the corners. There are stains on the bathroom floor tile.There is barely any water pressure in the shower or sink.The dust was thick on the TV and tv stand.The room’s AC unit never kept the room a comfortable temperature. You have to beg to get fresh towels after 2 days being here. The ceiling looks like they started painting it and decided not to finish the job They hide the fact on their website that you have to pay to park at the hotel in a very ill lite parking lot with no security.They alsodid not give me the type of room I had reserved. When they finally brought the roll away bed to replace the sofa bed that we had reserved, the top sheet was stained/dirty.For the price, you would expect clean and updated rooms.I am surprised Double Tree allows this location to have such rundown conditions in guest rooms. The hotel is really nice, the rooms and the whole property is super clean , all staff was very courteous and attentive. Madeline I think that was her name from the mini market was awesome , she is a super nice lady and will go all the way to make you feel welcome and help you in any way she can. Carlos from the bar was very rude , it turns out you can't eat products that are not from the property at the bar, we didn't know and he approached us in the worst way possible, after that he completely changed our mood and didn't want to eat or drink while he was there. One person can change for or bad the whole experience and that happened to us..

Free shuttle from MIA airport to the hotel. Clean rooms. Front desk guest service wasn't courteous during check-in and took a while to give out rooms. We booked 2 different rooms with different bedding and she didn't bother to tell which keys. Hotel doesn't have free guest parking, all valet park. If you have guests picking you up from the hotel, they won't have a place to park their cars momentarily

Awesome lobby, from there don't go further! Disgusting rooms, dirty, and they put me in a room for 4 adults with one bed. When I went down to talk to front desk they told me it was a mistake but they could not change as they were booked that night " sorry sir but we can bring some roll-aways"!!! Then had to call front desk because they brought beds with no bedding!! What a joke. Booked there because I thought it would be a nice clean hotel! Do not recommend.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. Nice hotel, spacious room, all services available. Except there was no early shuttle to airport, which was why I picked it originally. Shuttle doesn't start till 6 am which is too late in my opinion.

I would not recommend staying here. The location is isolating and the rooms appear to be in used condition, where there is visible wear and tear throughout the rooms. (It took me three rooms to get into the correct room). The floors needed a good vacuum too. For some reason the AC unit for the hallway impacted the room temperature and it was always cold. I switched off the thermostat in my room and it did not help the situation. The staff is wonderful. They were always very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the employees of the hotel.

El baño estaba sucio desde el sink hasta la bañera, no lo desinfectan!! Realmente me dio asco, la cama con cabellos ajenos (se nota que no la cambiaron) baje a lobby a pedir limpieza y su argumento es que lo hacen cada 4 días, mandaron a una señora que solo le paso un trapo seco encima de la mugre. La piscina helada, el bufet super equis, feo y caro para lo que es, la habitación heladisima ....lo único que rescato el servicio de valet.

Clean and safe accommodations. Super pretty lobby. I could not figure out how to turn on the heat. I even FaceTimed my husband to see if he could help me, no luck. So I froze all night. Also every time you flushed the toilet, it made a loud moaning sign.Breakfast was dine in and the server was super nice. The food was not seasoned at all. It’s as if they didn’t believe in salt or pepper.

Disappointed.I am a 10 year plus Diamond at Hilton.The property was on brand, but the staff needs some serious training. If I was not a Diamond I would never come back to another Hilton property. No hotel shuttle after 11, take note, it not NOT posted on any of their websites or elsewhere.Other than in the fine print "due to the pandemic some services may be effected." Which is a massive pile of BS.Executive lounge, closed, restaurant service, appalling. The good thing about waiting an hour and 20 minutes for breakfast is that is was hot when I finally got it. Arguments with staff, frequent.Lack of accountability high.You can't blame everything on the pandemic, sorry, doesn't fly.This is a nice property, I hope they figure things out. Note to staff, I can still hear you huffing though your half worn masks and, more importantly, I can see you roll your eyes, they are not covered.

Estuve hospedada del 05 al 07 de noviembre y me pareció excelente hotel,mi habitación estuvo lista en el horario indicado en la reservación, cama muy cómoda y aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones, el baño limpio, aunque no fueron a limpiar durante mi estadía, creo que es lo único que puedo criticar, que debe haber más personal para limpieza de habitaciones, por lo demás fue una estadía muy placentera.

Atendimento e acomodação são excelentes! A localização não é muito boa, por ser longe de Downtown e Miami Beach, mas para quem vai alugar carro, isso não será um problema.Pontos positivos: atendimento, acomodação, WiFi grátis no quarto, limpeza, cookies do doubletree!Pontos negativos: localização longe do centro, estacionamento pago (7 dólares por dia), não tem frigobar dentro do quarto.

It's okay, I stayed on 9th floor and nothing spectacular to report. There are shops and a restaurant in the compound if you don't have transportation to move around. There are cute iguanas at the pool and I saw several dogs at the lobby. Receptionist ( Sierra) was friendly . I enjoyed the Cuban coffee ☕

Everything was nice and clean except for the fact that Expedia showed a double room with kitchenette and fridge and this was not available during any of the three days at the hotel. The fridge is a must since I have to be carrying insuline for diabetes treatment (should be kept at low temperatures) and this issue was not solved by the staff, which were almost unhelpful during the whole stay. However, my time at the pool and the jacuzzi were nice, I had some good time swimming there.

As someone who has been faithfully staying in Hilton hotels for the last 12 years, This is easily the worst experience I have ever had.The front desk was the only glimmer of light of my stay.The bathroom sink faucet pressure is akin to that of a fire hose. I'm not sure why it has to be that strong? The caulking on the sink and bathtub falling off as we use it. The bathtub is so dirty that it is dark.Our bedsheets had a bloodstain on them. It wasn't fresh so it had been there for some time. Is there any way to replace the desk in that room? That desk had stickiest surface I have ever encountered.The internet access had to be the second most abysmal aspect of the trip. This is a hotel near the airport. I am sure this hotel seems an abundance of guest who stay at the DoubleTree for work. It was impossible to open up a web page with the $4.95 version of wi-fi provided. Adequate internet access is as essential as the TV and A/C in room ; especially as people are working remotely now more than ever. The TV cable was also out for a portion of the day on Friday.On Saturday (check-out) date, I don't understand the need for house keeping to violently knock on our door an hour before the check-out time. To top off the weekend, I lost my airpod pros. When I check the location of the airpods, the location still pings at the hotel as of today. I called in to ask the front desk about the airpods and they said they would get in touch with me. No one ever called me back. Today, I messaged the hotel and I was informed that they have not found anything in the room. Either no one can find or has not tried to find the item in the room or someone has taken it.This has been the worst experience by far

Had a good time staying here while waiting to get on the cruise ship food was good in the restaurant and the pool area was a great place to relax. Had many friends join me while relaxing by the pool.... Bit expensive but expected while in Miami. Very nice people working here.

It took a long time time for a shuttle to pick us up. For some reason you have to hail your shuttle bus like a cab . If not they will shoot right on by as fast as they can! Remember that . But when we checked in the doubletree experience kicked in ! Sebastian was the best he should be a manager for sure! We stayed only one night. But it was very memorable thanks to him He will go all out to make your stay . Is outstanding!! Thank you for the bottle opener!! You made my our stay so special !! Give this man a rise or better yet a promotion!@

Not as good as you'd expect from a hotel by Hilton, but it was OK Having the conventions center on it makes the difference. Also being so close to the airport makes it very convenient. You are within 15-20 minutes to almost everything you'll want to do in Miami, except fire Miami Beach, which is about 25 minutes away Just don't expect the Hilton's level neither at the rooms or the facilities themselves. Also, be prepared to pay at least 7-10 dollars for parking if you have a car. They'll charge you $15 for valet parking and if you take the car out for a ride and come back again, guess what? You'll have to pay again!

We had a great stay for the Dice Tower Retreat! The event ballroom was great. We did have a small issue with the temperature, but it was fixed quickly. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Bed bug infestation that needs tending to! ASAP. I was very understanding with staff upon me being told it was nothing they could do until protocols were followed..HOWEVER, I was able to get a picture and video of a live bed bug that was on me. After reviews on different websites it’s clear it’s not the guest you’ll have a bed bug issue!

The hotel wasn’t really giving what it was supposed to gave. The hotel didn’t really look like the pictures. The room was pretty basic but clean I will say. I mean the hotel wasn’t horrible but it’s a basic hotel the amenities weren’t the best. The location is far from everything. I did not like any of the food I only ate it because I was hungry. The pool was dirty there was lots of hair and dust in the pool. It did not even smell like chlorine so I doubt there was any chlorine in there which makes the pool clean. Mr Hilton would not be happy. I feel like I got hotelfished to be honest. I’m only giving 3 stars because customer service was phenomenal and the employees were very nice

Habitación sucia. No hay nevera. Baño también deja mucho q desear, tuve que limpiarlo con toallitas. Ruido en el baño de otro estractor, además del que se activa con el interruptor, imposible de apagar. Paredes de papel, se escucha todo. Frío acondicionado en todo el hotel, pero esto es algo muy común en Miami.No pudimos disfrutar de mucho más porque llovía, así que no opino de más zonas comunes como piscina.Desayuno rico al menos y personal amable.Como hotel de paso es aceptable si no eres muy exigente, pero lo de la limpieza, no es cuestión de exigencias y más en estos tiempos.

O hotel por fora aparenta ser moderno, fato este que não se aplica aos quartos. Precisam urgentemente de uma remodelação. Quartos contém apenas o básico. Localização conveniente (5 min de shuttle do aeroporto que é gratuito). Café da manhã bom porém não incluso na diaria (e caro - 20 dolares por pessoa).

Hotel charges $50 for incidentals but did not even provide enough towels for the number of people registered to stay in the room. Called to get more and then an hour later there were still no towels. They will charge you an additional $10/day for parking. Hotel was decently clean but that’s about it. Disappointed overall. We come to see our daughter often but will not stay here again. Furniture in the rooms is super old and looks like it has been painted a thousand times. Beds were soft but only a could of sheets for a blanket presumably to keep you from turning the A/C down. Just ok but not a good deal for $200+/ night

Everything was nice the IM Academy bootcamp was in the same vicinity of the hotel and the staff was really nice and good and helpful and everything and the food was all right but really high and there were so many pretty ladies there I wish I got to know some of them

Bed bugs. Checked in a little after midnight. By 3am felt things crawling on me. Turned on the light and checked the bed, saw little red dots which was my blood. Looked closer and saw them crawling. Immediately checked myself and checked out. Now I'll have to quarantine my clothes to ensure I don't take any home with me. Unnecessary hassle. This should be a 1 or 2 star hotel. Don't stay here. Now that I've read other reviews I wish I would've taken pics.

I had a wonderful time there and shopping was great. I loved the gun show. The only thing I didn't like was maid service or lack of. They didn't do rooms daily that was fine but 2 days they didn't even leave towels. The front desk did accommodate us.

There is a $10 nightly parking fee and a $75 pet fee that aren’t mentioned at time of booking which was an inconvenience but it was good to know someone would be watching over the parking lot all day and night. The supervisor Julio was super nice and helpful. We forgot our toothbrushes and the hotel provided some and when we asked if they had a microwave room they had a microwave brought up to our room for the rest of our stay!
