“Good location! This hotel sits near the airport and the city. It looks older but very well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and the linens are fine quality. Their restaurant has a good selection of food. The pool and gym are nice. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I will in this city.”

Fantastic service and accommodating staff. These are the most important things that I wanted, and so far this hotel was able to provide it all. This place is really amazing because the room they provided was really comfortable. The amenities, facilities, foods, and anything else are perfect. I could not ask for more from these guys, and I would be happy to come back here again someday.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were outstanding. The breakfasts at re:fuel were all tasty too. The lobby was extremely heavily fragranced though, which was irritating and I can imagine would be an issue for those with fragrance allergies. Also, a small nit pick, they have a program where they promise a $5 voucher for every night where you reuse your linens instead of having them replaced, but they weren't consistent in leaving us the voucher even when we opted in before the deadline (only 1 out of 3 nights).

I won’t lie, the initial appeal of A-Loft Brickell was the price per night. As a traveling businessman who works for a cash conscience company, I find it difficult to find the balance between comfort and economy. The service, ambience, and hospitality at the A-Loft Brickell deliver a consistently pleasant stay. All due to their wonderful staff. I have only interacted with genuinely kind and engaged employees. In particular, a gentleman named Raul.
When I first met Raul, he was training a new employee. It was mentioned I was the new employee’s first check-in. During this interaction, Raul seemed to be a great trainer. I can only imagine this stems from innate leadership skills and experience. Since then, there have been multiple occasions when Raul has stood out in different ways during different stays.
Tonight, after an extremely long day at work, I entered the A-Loft Brickell lobby. Immediately, a familiar face welcomed me and asked how my day was. After our conversation, I was asked what my plans for the night were. At this point, all I wanted was a burger and some reading. 20 minutes later, there was a knock on the door. It was Raul with a bacon and cheddar burger with a side of bacon and cheddar fries. The food was delightful.
Whenever it comes travel in Miami, my go-to is the A-Loft Brickell.

Disgusting - wear shoes at all times

Disappointing. Cleaning was only every 3 days due to Covid - which was clearly an excuse considering many staff didnât even wear face masks. Why stay at a hotel when you canât get your bed made and...
