“I'm trying to give the hotel a honest review without being to ugly. I do travel a lot and I stay at a lot of different hotels all over the country. This review would not reflect their restaurant as I did not use this service. I do feel that with their convenience of the restaurant that the prices are somewhat fair. Like I said I do not know anything about the service. As far as the lobby area, I think it presented itself in a very welcoming manner. Very clean and organized. It does have a bit of an overwhelming smell. Not a bad smell but very fragrant. In my opinion a little strong. The staff was friendly and professional. I did have a problem with my billing, we are currently getting this resolved. I believe it could have went smoother however it all worked out. As far as my room, it was clean for the most part. My sheets did have a yellowish stain on the top corner. I did ask staff for new sheets. Over all I think that it is a nice place. I would like to take the time to brag on Harry. He was very professional and very patient with our party. He is a great asset to the company.”

But, all in all, I would book here again and request a room on a higher floor in doing so. Lastly, there is ample self-parking (without an additional cost per night). I certainly appreciated that!”

I've stayed and Renaissance Baton Rouge for week long work trips. The facilities are great. They have live music in the evenings very often and the place is frequented by balls and seminars.
I had a particularly helpful experience when Sharon, in the front desk, received found car and house keys I had left unknowingly in the room after I checked out. Before I even knew I had left them she sent me an email (which is how I realized I had left them). When she heard that I had already landed out of state, she went out of her way to drop them off at fed ex after work on her own time to get them to me overnight! Wow, I was so thankful. Staff like that doesn't come around very often.
This is my choice hotel to stay out in Southern Louisiana.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! We stumbled upon thos hotel after the hotel we were previously booked at screwed us out of our reservation. I think it was for the best. We had the greatest experience here. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, amazing service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This hotel is impeccable! Great location for everything. Huge parking lot. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Definitely stay here!

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down.
Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, a great shower, clean rooms, and s nice restaurant. Would stay here again. Also, Marriott if you read this, would love to know where you bought the sheer curtains in the rooms. I love them!
