“hospedado aqui para 4 dias/3 noites com namorada devido a North Sea Jazz. Tip top cuidada. O café da manhã é magnífico (e por causa do NSJ agradavelmente surpreendido com champanhe todas as manhãs no buffet já muito luxuoso). As camas dormem excelente, tivemos a sensação de que tínhamos muito espaço no quarto e o banheiro também é maravilhosamente espaçoso e mantido muito limpo com vários produtos de mimos. No entanto, notamos particularmente as pessoas muito amigáveis; descontraído, interessado, alegre, muito profissional e sempre disposto a explicar ou arranjar algo extra. Arrumação também de primeira qualidade. Pequeno problema com a reserva é tratado de forma muito correta e rápida com muita paciência. Em suma, gostamos muito e certamente um hotel que reservaremos novamente se fizermos uma viagem dessas em Roterdã novamente. Recomendado.”

“If you want to go to the sauna they charge you for the bathing suit, it was the first hotel I went to that did not have the bathing suit for the sauna. If breakfast is not included, it costs more than lunch. Other than that, it was good overall.”
