“They tried to move me to their "sister hotel" the Courtyard for the same rate but without the things I reserved (I specifically paid extra for a kitchen) and the courtyard room would not have that. Then proceeded to put an extra $147 on hold which they did not tell me about before I reserved. Not pleased with my experience so far.”

“Had to fix the outlet for the microwave. Have no hot tub only a cold pool. If you want a hot tub you have to go to the hotel east of the residence inn. Have to ask to get in or get another key that doesn't always work. They should include it in your hotel key so you don't have to hassle with the other hotel front desk since they are both owned by same Company.”
