“Today I had an early check-in (09.00) and I’m only staying for one night. In the price breakfast is included but since I’m leaving for the airport early tomorrow morning I asked the receptionist/breakfast hostess if I could have my breakfast today since I won’t have the time to have breakfast tomorrow morning in the hotel, since I’ll have it in the airport instead. The hotel staff said it was impossible to change the breakfast to and proposed that I could pay 17 euro if I wanted to have breakfast this morning! We had a discussion about this matter for about 5 minutes until I eventually gave up, and said that this was an unbelievably bad welcoming of their part to a newly arrived guest at the hotel. I don’t buy it at all that they can’t change the day of breakfast, “where there is a will, there’s a way.” I did not appreciate the attitude, especially not from the breakfast hostess. I expected a way better service from a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend!”

“The staff was friendly, the building was clean. The breakfast was excellent! The only issues I thought was if you are planning on renting a car you have to pay extra for parking. €12 per day. If you want to use the pool you have to purchase swimming caps at €2 each. When you leave the hotel room to tour the city, the air condition will turn off, so you will not have a nice cool room for when you return. These things should be included with your stay. I have travel around the world and I have never had to pay extra for parking or simple bathing cap to use the pool
The restaurant dinner food was excellent the portions were small and fairly expensive.
We were lucky we rented a car as the taxi companies were on strike.
