“We went down for a couple of days to Key West and Miami Beach. We stopped at this Hotel on the beach. They hotel is a little older but it is very well kept. We had an ocean view with a balcony and it was amazing and had a great view of the pools down stairs and bar. The beach is only a few step away and has spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and helped us with an issue that I had made on the reservation and quickly fixed it, the receptionist Ryan did a great job checking us in. We just moved to Florida and are looking for great couple of day get aways. I will definitely be back here again!”

“We had 2 main issues while staying here, the first being the discovery of ants in the bed frame the mattress lays on. The staff did get it clean and we didn't see any more ants but it's just not something you'd expect at a place that is so expensive. Second is while the staff was very nice they were pretty obviously understaffed and it effects the experience pretty severely, like waiting 1.5 hrs for a valet parked car or 1hr for a beach towel and chair assignment.I'm sure COVID is apart of the issue and also the busy time between Christmas and New Years, but once again for a premium hotel you expect the issues to be known and planned for. Nice location good food usually helpful staff and nice decor and comfortable furniture save this rating from being lower.”
