“Totally disappointed with the quality. The furniture is old, scratched, there was a hole in the bed linen. The fridge didn't work. We had to ask to change the pillow because it was dirty on one side. We couldn't sleep well because the air conditioning is very loud and we couldn't open the windows either because of the noise outside. The location and the breakfast are good, the staff in the breakfast room is also very polite and helpful. All the rest did not meet our expectations at all. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.”

“Super nice staff, location is central and close to principe real which is full of great food and bars. My only complaint is the rooms are a bit antiquated and the bedding has holes in it. It also has a pool and gym which are nice!”
