“Fui a este espaço para uma reunião de empresa e como suposto hotel de 4 estrelas o atendimento e a experiência ficaram muito abaixo da expectativa e do habitual deste serviço em hotéis. Uma das funcionárias foi super mal educada, sempre que se dirigiu a nós e devido a um mal entendido em relação a coffee break de manhã foi capaz de gritar com as pessoas que aquilo que não era para nós e que estava pago e pertencia a outras pessoas, podia ter sido evitado se a identificação a quem pertence estivesse mais visível e se isso fosse informado quando saimos da sala. É que até parece que a empresa onde me insiro estava lá de borla e não tinha pago o aluguer de espaço também. Inclusive quando foi o nosso coffee break da parte da tarde e que estava referenciado a nós, as máquinas de café ficaram sem água e quando pedi para colocarem a resposta da dita colaboradora foi nada mais nada menos que "outra vez?" E ainda se dirigiu a uma colega como "olha lá". Enfim, é de muito mau tom para um hotel que se diz conceituado permitir pessoas com este perfil e oferecer este tipo de atendimento. Aproveito para mencionar que o serviço do restaurante bicicleta no interior do hotel, deixa muito a desejar, 20min para levantar o pedido, 30min para trazer a sopa e prato, 20min para retirar pratos e servir cafés.”

“It's a Novotel alright, but that is a good thing. Whether I travel with my family (e.g. a few days before to Nuremberg) or on business (e.g. this trip to Lisbon), Novotels make me happy.This Novotel is no exception. It offers the usual well sized rooms with a good bathroom and excellent working desk. Staff are friendly, efficient and extremely courteous. I wanted my minibar cleared, so I could use the fridge for my personal items, and it was done within minutes.To get energized you have access to a 24h gym, which unfortunately has limited choice in exercise equipment. However that didn't bother me and I discovered that while my favorites are exercise bikes, a cross-trainer makes me happy too ;)The location of this Novotel is in a reasonable area, but you'll need to walk about 8-10 minutes to São Sebastião Metro station to take a metro downtown, or consider about a 55-60 minute swift walk from the hotel to downtown, which can would take you from the hotel via Parque Eduardo VII, Marquês de Pombal, Av. da Liberdade and Praça Rossio to Praça do Comércio. I liked that walk so much that I did it on both nights I was able to do so.”

Hotel muito limpo. Funcionários prestáveis. Tem estacionamento pago (11€/24h) o que acaba por ter mesmo que ser pois é difícil arranjar estacionamento naquela zona.

Hotel muy bonito y amplio, cuenta con gimnasio, piscina y restaurante. La atención excelente y esta bien ubicado con respecto al metro. El desayuno tiene un costo de 19€ y las habitaciones la verdad que estan bien.

Very nice experience. I was travelling for business alone. The hotel is in a nice position, not far from the airport. Rooms are nice and spacious with good soundproofing. Breakfast is ok and decently priced. The restaurant is very good, the menu is not huge but everything is tasty and well made. The staff are nice and welcoming. Will be back for sure

Um Novotel típico já com muitos anos. Bom para quem vai de carro,já que tem garagem. Péssima recepção com funcionários apenas preocupados em resolver os problemas próprios, sem sensibilidade para tratar os problemas dos clientes. Sistema de pagamento de parque apenas na máquina, só funciona com moedas e o cliente tem de preencher o contribuinte e confesso que o recibo tem umalegalidade duvidosa. Bem mais simples o valor ser acrescentado a fatura da estadia no hotel

Hotel bacana, localizado em uma área um pouco distante do centro, mas de fácil acesso através do Metrô. O quarto que eu fiquei era muito confortável e tinha uma linda vista para o aqueduto. Não gostei do atendimento no check-in. Fiz o pagamento da minha estadia através de um cartão de crédito virtual e eles querem que se apresente o cartão físico que foi paga a reserva. Parece que pararam no tempo!

Highly recommend this hotel.We stayed there for 8 days.It is clean and in safe neighbourhood.They have a full breakfast and my kids took advantage of the pool and playground area.We definitely recommend this hotel to families with small and older children !!

The hotel is pretty nice, service is good, morning gets very crowded for breakfast. It is on the main street, so if your room faces it, with the open window it's a bit noisy to sleep. Also, gym is very basic and there are no mats for stretching / floor exercises

Hotel antiguo, necesita una buena limpieza. Se salva el personal de recepción. Rápidos, agradables, buenas explicaciones. No entiendo por qué nos cobraron 30 € por día por el perro. Ni una cama o un comedero. Firmo un seguro por roturas o lo q sea y no miran la habitación para ver si hay desperfectos. He estado en muchos hoteles con mi perro y nunca ha hecho nada malo. Les aviso q el aeropuerto está cerca y pasan los aviones . Nada recomendable

Nice hotel but the carpet in our room was definitely in need of a clean. Comfy bed and great shower. Loved that there was a bidet and also loved that they have a room in which to safely store luggage for those arriving before check-in time. Front desk staff were great, very helpful. Housekeeping was not so great. Did not empty trash every day...actually seemed to only make the bed and nothing else. Both the food and the service in the restaurant could have been better.

Close to the airport. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Wifi was easy to connect to. Breakfast was nice - good selection of fruit, cheese, pastries, cold cuts (ham and presunto), freshly made sunny-side-up eggs, cereal, yogurts and bread. Downside Carpets in the bedroom were horrendously stained. No international plugs available (not a huge deal but we were impressed with another hotel that had that convenience) Biggest disappointment was on our last morning there. We saw a mother with two small children get scolded by a staff member because she was packing a tiny container with two small sandwiches and fruit. The breakfast was good, but it was not free. If my children didn't eat in the morning, I think it would be reasonable to collect some food for them to eat later. I would also add that we stayed in another hotel that offered small paper bags in case clients wanted to take some food items to go. It's these small details that matter. The staff were otherwise pleasant, but we wont be booking here again.

Habitación con el mobiliario muy deteriorado y suelo de moqueta vieja. Limpieza deficiente.Si no tienes desayuno incluido no puedes desayunar en el bar del hotel. El hotel está ubicado cerca de una parada de metro pero el aparcamiento de la zona es exclusivamente de pago regulado hasta las una de la madrugada,así q si no consigues estacionar dentro del hotel no encuentras aparcamiento por la zona,y si lo consigues no puedes sacar el coche porque pierdes tu plaza. El hotel no se merece cuatro estrellas.

Un hotel de 4* que sería de 3 en una ciudad española. Parte del personal no sabe español, cuando se aprecia que muchos clientes lo son. El baño de la habitación necesita una buena reforma, incluyendo cambiar esa bañera tan alta. Y quitar la moqueta sucia, en la que encontramos una larva de algún insecto grande. La cama supletoria es muy incómoda. Hasta el metro hay un buen trecho. En resumen, no merece los 200 euros en una habitación triple sin desayuno.

Não ficamos lá muito tempo. Mas não gostei muito da minha pequena estadia. A casa de banho não era má. Mas o chuveiro manual não funcionava. Só o que estava pendurado em cima. Havia lá uma cama e um sofá cama. A cama era muito boa e confortável, mas o sofá cama era muito mau, mas muito mau mesmo. Não deu para dormir direito, até se sentia as molas e os ferros do colchão por baixo o que era super desconfortante l.

The view wasn't bad. Washroom was nice and clean. There is a kids area downstairs. Restaurant was reasonable.Rooms were in Shabby state, uncomfortable bed, the staff was horrible.Overall not a good experience. Downtown is a 10 minute walk, which is OK.

Solo correcto. Los materiales económicos, del hotel estan llegando a su vida util execpto en el baño.q sigue impecable la cama adicional muy incomoda el tamaño de la trilple es identico a la doble crea mucho hacinamiento. Precio costoso. La variedad del restaurant limitada por ser domingo ya q no hay chef de reemplazo. No volveria

Overall this hotel was quite good and provided most of what we needed as a family of 4 travelling. The rooms had a kettle available, sofa bed not that comfortable but all else in rooms okay. I was a bit disappointed in the pool area, it's in a quite shaded area so was very cool still when we were there in June, and was a very windy space - maybe when it's much hotter in the middle of summer that will be less of an issue.

Needed an overnight stopover due to a missed connection and this one came through! About 15 minutes from the airport and reasonably priced, especially for last moment booking. Staff were very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've been on. I forgot to get the name otherwise I'd look it up for home 😁 The breakfast spread was plentiful and had options for kids and adults. It was busy as it appears to cater to business clientele, but no issues at all. They had an omelette to order station that was quite good!! They have a pool but due to timing I wasn't able to see it. If you're staying downtown Lisbon, I would recommend!!

Hotel muy cómodo, aunque un poco lejos del centro de Lisboa. La piscina es pequeña, pero está bien. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero la materia prima es buena (fruta, pan, embutido). Lo malo del desayuno es el café, tónica general de todos los hoteles. El personal es atento y nos han facilitado y hecho muy agradable la estancia

No puedo dar ningun detalle negativo sobre el hotel . La limpieza muy buena ( soy alergica al polvo y la habitacion al ser de moqueta me daba miedo , pero no . La limpiaron muy bien ) Lo unico que puedo decir algo negativo es la wifi ... Funcionaba muuuy lento del resto genial . Éramos / somos 4estuvimos genial ( unos metros cuadrados mas me hubiese encantado para tener mas tranquilidad y para que los niños estuviesen algo mas independientes de nosotros pero ya no habia esas habitaciones disponibles . El desayuno muy bueno , al igual que la limpieza entre comensales ( desinfectaban el sitio ) Tienen una zonita infantil muy cuco en la entrada y un parque maravilloso que no esta pegado a la piscina y eso hace sentir mas seguridad 😍

Hotel muito bom!!!! Adorei me hospedar neste hotel com minha família. Funcionarios muito atenciosos e quarto com ótimo tamanho. Em nossa chegada meu filho logo recebeu um mascotinho de pelúcia que o encantou. Apesar do espaço para as crianças ser bem pequenino ele conseguiu se entreter bastante. O hotel fica 12min a pé do El Corte Ingles, uma loja de departamento enorme onde você encontra de tudo: moda feminina, masculina, infantil, perfumes das melhores marcas, bolsas, artigos de decoração para casa, ótimos restaurantes, mercado (Pingo Doce). Para acessar o centro de Lisboa, há um ponto de taxi na porta e há também uma estação de metro próxima. Estadia super recomendada especialmente pelo restaurante bicicleta que é sensacional! Além do ambiente ser lindo, a comida também é deliciosa!! Tem um menu especial para crianças que vem sempre acompanhado de uma sopa e depois ainda tem sobremesa a escolher. Só posso dizer que a nossa experiência foi incrível! A comida é tão deliciosa que tinha vontade de voltar a tempo de comer no hotel rs e como estava com o meu filhote supriu muito a minha necessidade. Ele adorou especialmente o file de peixe grelhado com batatas coradas. Ele experimentou o macarrão à bolonhesa que tb estava muito bom. Meu marido e eu tivemos o prazer de experimentar a burrata, o bacalhau a bras, o prego no pão, o peixe do dia, o pudim, o bolo de chocolate, a salada de frutas... humm... tudo muito gostoso!!! Parabéns a todos!!! Um agradecimento especial a atendente Sofia que sempre foi muito atenciosa conosco.

This hotel is surprisingly family oriented. That is not my experience with Novotel in the past.I expected metal and glass, extremely well design and efficient spaces. I was not disappointed. But the attentions to children's needs really impressed. My child is grown and not with me though. The elevator requires room key to enable, but the allowed delay is too short for most people. You have to ask for ice at the bar, no machines. The sidewalk outside and steps are aweful, and the area is completely car oriented. I ran three times anyway. The pool looks nice but is not open early enough or late enough for adults. It is a place for kid fun.

Está reformado,la entrada y zona de restaurante bien decorada. La habitación limpia y amplia(fuimos dos adultos y dos niños y no tuvimos problemas de espacio) el baño tb amplio e igualmente limpio.La zona de piscina correcta, actualmente hay límite de aforo estricto.El bar de la piscina para bebidas bien, para comer escaso y caro. No desayunamos allí ya que muy cerca hay pastelerías muy ricas y genial de precio.

The hotel was very quiet in this period. Very good covid policy in place and well observed by staff, I felt quite secure staying there. Note that you have to book in advance for breakfast and swimming pool. Restaurant and room service are open. Regarding the room, it is your typical novotel room with the rotating desk and bed with built in night lamps. Mattress was very good. AC was properly working and its noise level was OK (and no reverbated noise from neighboring AC units, which is a + for me when I turn off the one from the room)

Un hotel cómodo e ideal para familias. Habitaciones amplias, camas supletorias y baño grande. Hay una pequeña zona de juegos poco cuidada, pero una consola y tv en el Hall. En el check-in les regalaron un osito de peluche, un detalle por su parte. Buen desayuno. A pesar de no estar en el centro, está bien comunicado. Atención en mostrador excelente, no tanto la gestión del restaurante La Bicicleta... No está preparado para asumir los desayunos o cenas de los huéspedes cuando tienen ocupación máxima. Es un espacio pequeño donde no cabe tanta gente y hay que hacer largas colas (en temporada alta). Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Muy buena opción para viaje familiar con niños. El sofá cama para niños está bien, pero para mayores no es cómodo. El desayuno bufete bien con todo lo necesario, lo único que puedes ser que tengas que esperar algo de cola. Bien situado, cerca de estaciones de tren y metro. Y el trato excelente muy atentos. Recomendable.

We stayed there in feb 2020. It was good and decent stay. Room was neat and clean. One thing which I like the most about hospitality. I requested them that I need room on higher floor and then instantly changed it. Very limited vegan/ vegetarian options available.

The hotel started off ok until we realized it was hot in our room. We called the front desk and asked to have it adjusted and I was told they couldn’t do it because the entire building was at the same temperature. This was interesting since the lobby was at a comfortable temperature, yet my room was like a sauna. Needless to say my family and I didn’t sleep either night. It was so hot I started to sweat as did other members of my family. I called again and asked for a fan to which I was told they didn’t have any. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for breakfast because that was a mad house. I don’t think anyone ate all that great or hassle-free down there. I DO NOT recommend this place, stay at an Airbnb or Marriott / Hilton etc.

Un hotel perfecto para ir con niños, cuenta con varias opciones para ellos, con actividades, zonas para jugar, una piscina. Me encantó que en el menú de niños incluyeran una sopa del día . Seguro volveremos . Por las noches el restaurante es perfecto , la comida exquisita y la atención por parte del personal es genial.

Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda y grande, mini bar, caja fuerte y un buen armario, el baño amplio con una buena bañera donde disfrutar de un relajante baño. Buen trato en la recepción y un restaurante muy bueno tanto para cenar como el surtido desayuno bufete, totalmente recomendable. Tiene también gimnasio y zona de esparcimiento infantil. Su cercanía al aeropuerto lo convierten en un lugar bastante transitado. El único punto negativo, los televisores de las habitaciones, muy antiguos y desfasados.

Very hot in room, conditioning system wasn't working well. I ask to open window and had to enjoy departing planes from airport. Hotel on their route. :). I can tell for sure last departure of the day is around 1 am. :). Food is ok, nothing special. Expensive breakfast. Staff is friendly. Despite hotel is no smoking I had some burned marks from cigarettes on the floor.

Located away from the center. Since we love to walk, we walked all the way to the centre but it's not that near. Staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and we had a good sleep. We went to most nearby restaurants but it's a bit limited in choices since they are mostly Portuguese food which all serve similar dishes. The hotel also has a restaurant but limited choice for vegetarians.

It's a Novotel alright, but that is a good thing. Whether I travel with my family (e.g. a few days before to Nuremberg) or on business (e.g. this trip to Lisbon), Novotels make me happy.This Novotel is no exception. It offers the usual well sized rooms with a good bathroom and excellent working desk. Staff are friendly, efficient and extremely courteous. I wanted my minibar cleared, so I could use the fridge for my personal items, and it was done within minutes.To get energized you have access to a 24h gym, which unfortunately has limited choice in exercise equipment. However that didn't bother me and I discovered that while my favorites are exercise bikes, a cross-trainer makes me happy too ;)The location of this Novotel is in a reasonable area, but you'll need to walk about 8-10 minutes to São Sebastião Metro station to take a metro downtown, or consider about a 55-60 minute swift walk from the hotel to downtown, which can would take you from the hotel via Parque Eduardo VII, Marquês de Pombal, Av. da Liberdade and Praça Rossio to Praça do Comércio. I liked that walk so much that I did it on both nights I was able to do so.
