“I needed to stay at this hotel because of an event that I attended. Otherwise, I don't stay in suite type hotels like this. When we arrived and got the key to our room, the room hadn't been cleaned yet (it was well after the check in time). There were liquor bottles on the sink as well. We went down to get keys to another room; the heating and air unit in the 2nd room was making a loud high pitched noise when running. We then went to get keys to a 3rd room. This room didn't seem to have any dishes in it. We found out later that the dishes were clean, but hadn't been cleaned out of the dishwasher yet.
I had to sleep on the sofa bed as the queen bed was going to be slept on by the other person in the room. When I went to make up the bed, there were no sheets or blankets, etc. So I had to go down to the front desk yet again to get those things.
I will say that the front desk attendant was nice and helpful, but as we had to keep changing rooms because of various problems, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

“The property was in good shape. Most of the staff were good. Olivia at the front desk was like dealing the most hateful person you’ve met. Had multiple issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested many times over the entire stay of over a month. If you ask for the room to be cleaned the night prior to the next day it didn’t happen then you go down and asked about the room being clean and then she was like oh do you have to do that before 9 AM but it was asked to be done the night prior then we just put on the system to tell them to clean the room every single day they still didn’t do it and then they came back with the same excuse. When we originally checked in, there’s no lampshade in the room on the lights then they change the rooms to another room. No lampshade overall, this day was OK it’s quiet good location, but the front desk girl Olivia will argue with you all day long it is a real smart attitude had to finally reach out to the actual property management company that runs that hotel to get any kind of resolution whatsoever, never heard from the local management whatsoever.”
