Hotel bastante aconchegante, bonito. Funcionários excelentes!! Ponto Negativo: não tem cofre, não tem frigobar, não tem secador de cabeço, barulho da lavanderia durante a noite. E na hora do Check out geralmente os hotéis é 12h, lá foi as 10h e não fomos avisados, fomos avisados em cima da hora, tivemos que correr com a arrumação das malas, a sorte é que o funcionário Carlos foi super gentil e permitiu que fizéssemos td com calma!

Um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos. Extremamente temático, com água quente, café da manhã cheio de opções e com funcionários muito atenciosos.

Péssima experiência. Tive uma série de problemas com reservas e pagamentos. Staff nada atencioso. Só valeu pelo quarto que era muito bom.

Os quartos são muito pequenos. O hotel fecha 22:30. Após esse horário vc não pode entrar. Quando vc sai do hotel, é necessário deixar a chave. Os passeios começam de madrugada ,e a água só chega no hotel as 4h da manhã.Horrível. Não tem atendente 24h. Hotel horrível ,caro , arrependimento eh o que me resta. O chuveiro funciona no sistema de gás ,porém ou fica muito quente ou fica muito frio. PESSIMO.

Simples e aconchegante, tudo muito limpinho. As atendentes são muito atenciosas e indicam passeios baratos que valem muito a pena. O café é simples, mas gostoso. Fica a um pouco mais de 1km da praça das armas o que é bem tranquilo de dia, a noite é melhor pegar táxi. A única parte ruim é que o check out é as 9 da manhã.

Estive lá com minha mulher em fins de setembro de 2018. Que pessoas atenciosas! Nos ajudaram em todas nossas necessidades. Acomodações ótimas, com bom banheiro e aquecimento. Só não há elevador, mas em Cusco, Arequipa e Águas Calhentes não há esse luxo. Mas eles se ocupam em subir e descer as malas. EU RECOMENDO!

Realicé una reserva, y por motivos del covid quise cancelar la reserva al comunicarme con la recepción me atendieron de forma muy descortés y me brindaron un número que siempre estaba apagado. Hubiera sido más fácil decir nos quedaremos con tu dinero y no fastidies. Y encima para publicar mi comentario me obligan a poner una estrella, cuando no se merece ninguna. DECEPCION TOTAL

_La atención es excelente, muy serviciales y atentos a cada cosa que necesites _Con respecto a la ubicación esta a 15 minutos de la Plaza de Armas si vas caminando (no fue ningún problema para nosotros). _Las habitaciones son muy cómodas

Buen hotel para descansar, el personal muy atento y servicial. Aunque un poco retirado de la plaza de armas, nada que una pequeña caminata no arregle.Si regreso algún día a Cusco no dudaría en hospedarme aquí .!!!

A gem hidden off the beaten track - beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly service in a quiet neighborhood where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. All for a very reasonable price. I now know the place I will go again if I need a hotel, and what hotel to.recommend toy friends!

I stayed here Easter weekend before hiking up to Machu Picchu. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the San Blas district and so there's much less tourist foot traffic which makes it feel a bit more quiet and authentic while still being a 10-20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is comfortable for its price range; the size of the room is on par with most in Cusco, there's a constant supply of hot water (though the temp can fluctuate every few minutes). Note that there is an electric heaters to warm the room, but no air conditioning (again, this is the standard in Cusco). My only criticism is that there are some small maintenance upgrades overdue, like replacing the shower head so it doesn't leak and spray all over the bathroom, and that the walls are very thin, where you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. Otherwise it was very comfortable, in middle of some amazing parts of Cusco, and very responsive to emails and questions at the front desk. They offer free breakfast but I didn't stop in to see what they offered. Overall a good stay; bring some ear plugs (and an eye mask if you're sensitive to light at night) and enjoy your time in Cusco.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave your full attention. The room is a little small and cold, but if you turn on the heater, the temperature won’t be a big problem. And the cleaning of the room is beyond my expectation. The location is not one of its selling points, since it is about 1.3 km away from the town center, but you can simply walk or take a taxi, which costs you from 6-10 soles from the town center. Overall, it was a good experience.

Muy bonito hotel!! Las habitaciones están muy padres, con tema y bastante buenos los temas, lo malo es que son muy pequeñas las habitaciones, no tienen estacionamiento pero esta bien ubicado el hotel, muy cerca de los lugares de interés, el personal es amable, es una buena relación calidad y precio!

I had a great 3 day stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was great. My only complaint, which is not the direct fault of the hotel itself, was that several other guests were loud and held full conversations from the hours of 11pm-5am in the hall. The sound travels to all rooms so I got very broken sleep. The hotel staff did nothing to address the issue

Good hotel with fine interior. 25 minutes to center of Cusco by walk. Rooms are not big but comfortable. Some of rooms have good panorama to the city and mountains. Hotel has breakfast. It's bread, cheese, fruits, vegetables, coffee, tea. Also here can wash your clothes. Price for 1 kg of clothes is 7 sol. Man on reception was very helpful. On my photo you can see how looks this hotel.

The service here is phenomenal, but the rooms looked much larger in photos. The breakfast was good. The rooms have no safes, yet the hotel feels very secure. The location is awful. No good places to eat within walking distance and the hotel is located on a hill which is not so nice if you are still getting climatized to the altitude. Also, there are six floors in this hotel and no elevator, which is pretty brutal. The rooms, while small, have very nice decor. I was sad to leave this place after only one night, but I really wanted to be in city centre, at a lower altitude and around many restaurants and shops. If you are on a budget, this is a good place to stay because the nightly rate is great considering it's a trendy private room. Cabs to historical city center are only about 5 soles.

Loved this place. Inspired by Gaudi. I stayed in the junior suite and thought it was fabulous. After am exhausting day which started in Lima and ended here the massive bed was just what was needed...
