This was my first stop in Mexico and it was a good one. The balcony was a rare find for a newer hotel. This allowed you to get fresh air in the room, again rare. Also has a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. You can cook meals, making you feel at home even though you are in a hotel room.

Excelente valor por tu dinero con sus tarifas de apertura, una excelente ubicacion para trasladarte a los puntos de interes de la Riviera. Es un excelente hotel diseñado desde hace muchos años en Estados Unidos para estancias largas de personas en viajes de negocio, es un departamento tipo loft. Cuando opines nunca olvides lo que estás pagando, no esperes un todo incluido que te costaría 4 veces más, no esperes estar en la quinta avenida a ese precio. Se justo en tu valoración.

Terrível hotel Marriot. Pequenos problemas e expectativas da marca Marriot somam 2 estrelas pelo preço.Sem carne no café da manhã, apenas feijão e ovos. Café imperdoavelmente fraco. Não há água disponível no café da manhã. Barulhenta área de café da manhã não relaxante, sem amortecimento de som.Os táxis custam 2,5x a tarifa normal.A maioria dos hotéis disponibiliza água de cortesia nos corredores usando jarros de 20L (garrofenos) de água potável, pois o clima é muito desidratante. Infelizmente, o hotel oferece apenas 1 litro de água no quarto e cobra 400% do preço normal por meio litro de água. Tivemos que comprar seis para uma estadia de um dia. Não havia água suficiente para fazer café no nosso quarto.Quando você liga para a recepção, eles não atendem o telefone.A água da piscina está suja, não parece limpa. Antigamente era uma piscina aquecida. Horário curto da piscina, das 8h às 20h. A piscina deve estar aberta das 6h à meia-noite. Está muito frio para nadar no telhado depois das 18h. Piscina deve ser aquecida à noite e de manhã cedo. Toalhas de piscina estavam no lobby em vez de na piscina. As toalhas de piscina devem ser entregues no check-in ou tê-las na piscina.A equipe da recepção não fala inglês.Quarto estava sujo - espelhos estavam sujos, pisos estava sujo. As fronhas têm manchas - é tão simples branquear a fronha. Sem toalhas de cozinha.Deve ter má gestão, isso não está à altura do padrão Marriot. Cancun Marriots são melhores.

Provavelmente, o pior Marriott que já fiquei, e tenho estadia em muitos. Encontrei sangue e outras manchas na minha cama ao chegar ao meu quarto. Liguei para a Marriott e pedi para falar com um gerente. Ele subiu e disse que o melhor que podia fazer era me dar algumas bebidas grátis e trocar meus lençóis…. Eles levaram UMA HORA E MEIA para trocar meus lençóis. Eu não tinha dormido em 16 horas e estava exausto. Eu disse ao gerente que queria um reembolso e ele teve a audácia de recusar o reembolso. Eu sou um membro do bovoy em cima de tudo isso !! NÃO FIQUE AQUI.

Nota: Eles não limpam os quartos, fiquei 4 noites e não passou um dia. As instalações são muito boas, muito frescas e novas. Eles demoram muito para prestar atenção em você. O Buffet é o mesmo todos os dias (ovos, chilaquiles, frutas, sucos, café, etc.), é mais voltado para o paladar estrangeiro.

Ojo: No hacen limpieza de cuartos, yo estuve 4 noches y ni un día pasaron. Las instalaciones están muy bien, muy frescas y nuevas. Tardan mucho en darte atención. El Buffet es lo mismo todos los días (huevo, chilaquiles, fruta, jugos, café, etc.), es más dirigido al paladar extranjero.

Buena opción. Buena ubicación. Lugar bonito. Debe mejorar la limpieza ya que encontramos baño/ cama que parecian no haber sido limpiados (cabellos en la ducha y en la cama)

Terrible Marriot hotel. Little problems and Marriot brand expectations add up to 2 stars for the price.No meat at breakfast, just beans and eggs. Unforgivably weak coffee. No water available at breakfast. Noisy unrelaxing breakfast area, with no sound dampening.Taxis are priced 2.5x the normal rate.Most hotels make complimentary water available in the hallways using in 20L jugs (garrofenes) of drinking water because the climate is very dehydrating. Sadly hotel only offers 1 liter of water in the room and charges 400% the normal price for half liter of water. We had to buy six for a one day stay. There was not enough water to make coffee in our room.When you call the front desk they won't answer the phone.Pool water is dirty, does not feel clean. It used to be a heated pool. Short pool hours, 8am - 8pm. Pool should be open 6am to midnight. It is too cold to swim on the roof after 6pm. Pool should be heated at night and early morning. Pool towels were at the lobby instead of at the pool. Pool towels should be given at check in or have them at the pool.Front desk staff does not speak English.Room was dirty - mirrors were dirty, floors was dirty. Pillowcases have stains - it is so simple to bleach the pillowcase. No kitchen towels.Must have bad management, this is not up to the Marriot standard. Cancun Marriots are better.

Probably the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at, and I have stay at many. I found blood and other stains on my bed upon getting to my room. I called Marriott and asked to speak to a manager. He came upstairs and said that the best he could do was give me a few free drinks and change my sheets…. It took them AN HOUR & A HALF to change my sheets. I had not slept in 16 hours and was exhausted. I told the manager I wanted a refund and he had the audacity to refuse the refund. I’m a bovoy member on top of all this!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

hospedado aqui para 3 noites, não voltar nas próximas férias. Na primeira noite (chegamos às 23h) meu tipo de quarto (suíte de 2 quartos) não estava disponível. Não foi dito isso no check-in, apenas damos as chaves e enviamos para o nosso quarto, apenas para descobrir que era 1 quarto com cama king size. Voltei para baixo, mostrou a confirmação e o “upgrade noturno da suíte” que foi aprovado pelo Marriott 3 dias antes. Nenhum pedido de desculpas da equipe, nenhuma menção à devolução do crédito da diária da suíte, nenhuma oferta de itens do mercado livre ou concessão de preço pelo inconveniente. O café da manhã foi abaixo da média em comparação com outros RIs no México.No segundo dia, fomos informados de que iríamos mudar para o nosso tipo de “quarto reservado”. Deixou o hotel para o dia e foi perguntado a que horas voltaríamos (3p). Chegamos de volta às 17h apenas para que o novo quarto não estivesse pronto e tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora.No terceiro dia não havia água no hotel (nenhum aviso dado ou publicado) informando que a manutenção seria desligar a água. Além disso, nenhuma toalha de papel no quarto e no freezer tinha um odor estranho.

Sem serviço de limpeza, estou no 8º dia aqui e zero limpeza e troca de toalhas ou mudança de cama. A desculpa é que eles estão super ocupados, todos os 8 dias. Eu paguei em tempo integral por completo Serviço e simplesmente isso não está acontecendo. As pessoas são legais, elas tentam, mas depois das 8 Dias sem serviço de limpeza não é uma maneira de torná-lo bom. Última vez neste hotel para mim!!

Tudo é excelente, relação custo benefício, excelente localização, tem tudo perto, farmácias, bancos, supermercados, Xcaret e muitas atrações. O quarto tem uma cozinha completa e muitas outras comodidades! Academia, lavanderia, estacionamento coberto, voltaria com certeza e super recomendo! Estamos satisfeitos com as instalações e serviços! Eu daria mais estrelas!

Nós adoramos isso aqui! Viemos ao México para uma estadia prolongada e este quarto era perfeito! Ficamos em vários outros lugares e esse foi a melhor opção. Aqui está o que mais gostamos: - preço acessível - O quarto era muito moderno e muito limpo. A arrumação foi muito, muito completa - sala tinha uma área de trabalho agradável para que eu pudesse tomar todas as minhas reuniões. Se eu quisesse sair da sala, havia muito espaço para sentar no saguão que era propício para conversas públicas e havia áreas privadas o suficiente para reuniões - adorei a cobertura e a piscina - adorei o buffet de pequeno-almoço que era gratuito - A equipe foi extremamente gentil e prestativa - a academia era boa e eles têm lavanderia tambémReserve sem hesitar!

Todo excelente, relación precio beneficio, una ubicación excelente, tienes todo cerca, farmacias, bancos, supermercados, Xcaret y muchas atracciones. El cuarto tiene cocina completa y muchas comodidades más! Gimnasio, lavandería, estacionamiento techado, Sin duda alguna volvería y lo recomiendo ampliamente! Quedamos satisfechos con las instalaciones y servicios ! Yo le pondría más estrellas!

Stayed here for 3 nights, will not return on next vacation. On the first night (we arrived at 11p) my room type (2bdr suite) was not available. Was not told this at check-in, just given keys and sent to our room, only to find out it was 1 king bed room. Went back downstairs, showed confirmation and “suite night upgrade” that was approved by Marriott 3 days earlier. No apologies given by staff, no mention of return of suite night credit, no offer of free market items or price concession for inconvenience. Breakfast was subpar compared to other RI’s in Mexico.On the second day we were told that we would get switched to our “reserved room” type. Left hotel for the day and was asked what time we would return (3p). We arrived back at 5p only for new room to not be ready and had to wait over an hour.On the third day there was no water at the hotel (no notice given or posted) stating maintenance would be shutting off the water. Also, no paper towels in room and freezer had a strange odor to it.

No housekeeping at all, I am in the 8th day here and zero cleaning and change of towels or bed change.The excuse is that they are super busy,the all 8th days.I paid full time for full Service and Simply that is not happening.People is nice, they try but after 8 Days with no housekeeping service is no way to make it good. Last time in this hotel for me!!

Poor service. Language barrier. Subpar breakfast.. Safe place though if you need a kitchenettes.

We loved it here! We came to Mexico for an extended stay and this room was perfect! We stayed in a bunch of other places and this, hands-down was the best option. Here’s what we liked the most: - affordable price - The room was very modern and very clean. Housekeeping was very very thorough - room had a nice work area so I could take all my meetings. If I wanted to leave the room, there was a lot of sitting space in the lobby which was both conducive to public conversations and then there were areas that were private enough for meetings - loved the rooftop and the pool - loved the breakfast buffet which was free - The staff was extremely kind and helpful - the gym was nice and they have laundry as well Book without hesitation!

Hotel novo, o estúdio é muito espaçoso e limpo. O trabalhador lá é muito educado. Devo dizer que o café da manhã é uma vantagem! E a piscina da cobertura é outra! De alguma forma, estamos sempre com falta de toalhas desde que fizemos o check-in. Parece que este novo hotel ainda está em processo de aprendizagem.

En geralal la estancia fue buena, las habitaciones amplias y el hotel muy limpio, pero.... que hecho de que solo ofrezcan desayuno si es un problema ya que para comer hay que pedir a empresas externas y no siempre funcionan bien.

Aquí lo bueno y lo maloBueno: El hotel está espectacular muy moderno, si tienes auto alquilado la ubicación es excelente y podrás descansar sin ruido de la 5ta avenida además de que tendrás agua caliente siempre, son habitaciones muy amplias con refri, microondas, Tv buen tamaño, wifi y lo mejor hay Parqueo y piscina; te dan desayuno a las 10 en punto termina el desayuno es un buffet nada impresionante pero tampoco nada malo.Malo: no sé si por COVID o qué , pero debes solicitar las toallas todos los días y no hacen la limpieza. Si quieres que te hagan la limpieza deberás llamar y bueno tocará llamar variasveces para que lleguen.El desayuno es lo único para comer si es la hora de almuerzo tocará salir del hotel. No cuenta con restaurante y igual la cena, lo bueno que tienes Liverpool enfrente y comerás bien allí o la 5ta avenida a 5 minutos en auto.El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien solo un poquito ruidoso, no es un ruido que no te permita dormir pero para algunos puede ser un poco molestoConclusion: el hotel tiene mas cosas positivas que negativas, no te arrepentirás de hospedarte allí, su precio lo vale, todas las negativas no son cosas graves es un hotel nuevo apenas de 2 meses y lo recomiendo sin duda viajeros.Y si tienes planeado visitar parques XCARET queda más que perfecto o tulum la salida a tulum súper fácil y el regreso súper cómodo por la ubicacionÚnico dato: siento que si es importante que tengas auto para este hotel recomiendo Valauto almenos esos no te estafan tanto 🤣

Excelente lugar, buena atención, limpio y bonito. El desayuno buffet bueno... Sólo que todos los días es casi igual, podrían hacer una salsa picante para los que si comemos y nos gusta el chile. Cocinan como más para los extranjeros.

Beautiful new hotel with excellent service and it's not too pricey to taxi into Playa's tourist zone. There are several delicious restaurants within walking distance. It was very close to Xcaret. The kids loved the rooftop pool.I will say this. We stayed at two brand new Residence Inns in the area, one in Cancun, and both had the same quirks. No paper towels in the kitchen. No extra bedding for sofa beds. Very limited on hand towels and wash rags in the bathroom. The latter wasn't a problem because they replaced those daily and I'm sure you can ask for more. Asking for an extra set of bedding in the evening when housekeeping is already gone for the day is another story. They were able to provide a couple blankets which worked well enough.Also, please vacuum the hallway. It wasn't completely filthy but it didn't look like it was being vacuumed daily either.

Brand new hotel, the studio is very spacey and clean. The worker there are very polite. I have to mention that the coffee in the morning is a plus! And rooftop pool is anotherone! Somehow we are always short of towels since we checked in. It looks like this new hotel is still in the learning process.

Well-designed new hotel with very comfortable spaces, but it is definitely situated on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. This Residence Inn has very upscale, large suite rooms and pleasant common spaces. Unfortunately, it's located about a 30-minute walk from the southern end of downtown Playa. It's also situated on the main highway that runs from Cancun to Tulum, which effectively cuts you off from the other side of the road. It's not a particularly pedestrian friendly neighborhood either. If you're driving, or you're willing to pop for taxis ($8US to downtown, pretty much non-negotiable) it is a very nice place to stay. If you're mainly planning to walk, you might want to think twice.

This brand new hotel (October 2021) was our favorite hotel of our trip to Mexico! Not your typical all inclusive resort but perfect if you do some day trips while staying there. We enjoyed the warm roof top pool, the free breakfast and the free underground parking. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need.
