I've stayed in Belmond properties before and the Miraflores Park Hotel did not disappoint in living up to the reputable Belmond brand. The hotel's location in Miraflores is a convenient walk to the LarcoMar retail center where you can find a great selection of eateries, restaurants, and retail shopping. Yet the hotel is also tucked into its own quiet oasis. The property itself is very luxuriously furnished and clean. The hotel has an elegant bar as well as one fine dining restaurant - Tragaluz (refer to my separate review of that restaurant). On the top floor is a pool, fitness center, and casual restaurant where they serve breakfast every morning. The real star of the show, however, are the staff. The housekeeping staff always greet you with a cheery smile, the front desk staff are competent and always eager to assist, and the bell desk staff are available, professional, helpful, and courteous. Our room (a garden suite) was spacious, clean, and very tastefully furnished. If there is any room for improvement, I wish the hotel would offer support for "bring your own entertainment" through casting of streamed content to the room TV. This is becoming more popular in the hospitality industry. Also, the shower could have its own shower wand aside from the rain shower head. Otherwise, the Miraflores Park Hotel is an excellent property in Lima.

El hotel es lindo pero tuve muchas desavenencias con la parte administrativa ya que no tenían nuestras habitaciones listas ni bajo los parametros ya pactados. Estaba en una despedida y solicitamos 2 habitaciones conectadas pero al parecer reservas no se comunico con el front desk ya que ellos tenian otra info. Nos querian dar habitaciones separadas. En fin, hubo varios impases al respecto pero el hotel lindo, el servicio de restaurant excelente!

Excelente servicio, nos recogieron desde el aeropuerto, todo estaba organizado a tiempo, tuvimos un up great, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Disponen de gimnasio, piscina y un excelente desayuno, definitivamente un hotel al que volver.

Excellent hotel in Lima in the Miraflores district. Excellent service, great facilities and rooms (rooftop pool was a hit with the kids) and great food. Great access to Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco districts. And you can’t beat the views!

My partner and I stayed in the Miraflores Park Hotel for one month in January when we first moved to Lima. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and attentive. We were made to feel at home and they couldn't have helped us more when settling into Lima. The staff knew us by name within a couple of days and would help with restaurant recommendations, laundry, and even arranging a large van to move to our new apartment at the end of our stay. They also helped us improve our Spanish when trying to order food and drinks.The food is also incredible - the breakfast had so much choice and was always very fresh. We frequently ate in Tragaluz for lunch & dinner which was always delicious and had a lovely atmosphere.The rooms are clean and spacious. We still had a lot of room, even with the number of bags and items we had with us. The shower was one of the best I have ever had and each night they left a delicious little cake during turn down.The rooftop pool area looked over the pacific ocean and was a perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening with uninterrupted views.There is absolutely nothing to fault with this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough.

Delicious. I ordered an Atun (the fish was perfectly cooked). My friend ordered Arroz con Pato. Safety precautions are in place. Then we went to the lobby which is beautifully decorated.

Parque muy amplio las personas respetan el distanciamiento social pero vi a algunas personas quevtenian las mascarillas colgando de su oreja. Las personas estan reunidas en grupos pequeños de cuatro integrantes por grupo. Tiene letreros donde especifica zona para perritos.

Pongo 1 estrella porque no era lo que esperaba como Hotel de 5 estrellas y como una de las mejores hoteles de Lima (yo estaba muy emocionada porque no iba a cualquier HABITACIÓN sino a la SUITE PRESIDENCIAL). Mi experiencia en esta suitees que encontramos una cerveza usada en el jardín (y eso que supuestamentelo desinfectaron cuando recien llegamos) pero yo lo deje pasar porque mi chicos estaba enojado y no quería que arruinen el momento. Nos cambiaron la suite y dije que me traigan 2 chilcanos para pasar ese trago amargoy mas por lo del covid.-No vuelvo más porque solo se disculparon y ni una oferta por algo y un descuentopor una noche ni nada.-Me encanto la piscina y la estructura.-La comida buena y el RestauranteTragaluz rico.-Cabe mencionarque la hora de entra era las 3 y nos dieron a las 4:30 y el momento de salida iba ser las 6 y llame para que nos diera una hora más.-La atenciónse demora un poco

I rarely write reviews but was compelled to given the great customer service here. I stayed at the Belmond for a business trip for around 3 weeks. It is probably the best located hotel in Lima, with big rooms and great facilities, shame the gym and pool were closed throughout my stay, but I was offered some of the gym equipment to be taken to my room by the concierge, which was a nice touch. The restaurant is fantastic and breakfast was always a delight, I would highly recommend this hotel, to anyone travelling to Lima. I would like to give special thanks to Daniel, Erick and Giancarlo for their excellent service, Daniel in particular really made me feel at home in the new environment and would practice Spanish with me on a morning and organised a special breakfast on more than one occasion- Daniel's porridge oats became a favourite among the team. Put it on the menu! I know the rest of the guest have the same view about the staff but good service rarely gets a mention so here it is! Thanks, I hope to stay there again soon! On another note the laundry is expensive, if it was more competitive maybe it would get more use! just my opinion!

Que hotel más grato. La atención muy amable sus dependencias y habitaciones espaciosas elegantemente decoradas. El restaurant tiene unos platos deliciosos propios de la gran cocina peruana, imperdible. Pida el tiradito de ostión conerizos una maravilla y los tacos de patos, aparecen en las fotos, no se arrepentirán. La carta es generosa una gran y variada oferta, no se arrepentirán.

Amazing location in Lima. The rooms are the perfect size and very clean. We had a chance to enjoy breakfast here during our stay, the selection was very large and you can choose to sit inside or on the patio that overlooks the ocean and city. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool.

You cannot go wrong with the Belmond properties. We had a lovely ocean view junior suite. The room was stunning.The property is located just a short walk from a outside mall stuck right on the side of a cliff on the ocean. The hotel is just beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable.

We came to enjoy the rooftop patio and pool for a day. For 40USD/140PEN you get to use their incredible rooftop pool all day. With wrap-around views of the Bay of Lima this is an incredible way to relax and enjoy the day. You also get a 50 minute deep tissue massage in the spa, which is one of better I've ever had. Food is tasty, despite the fact that it can be a little slow (management graciously apologized for this). Definitely the spot for a staycation in Lima! Don't forget your sunblock!
