“Buen hotel, buena atención, buena ubicación, desayuno bufet de gran calidad (no es grande pero es suficiente y bien variado). Es un hotel clásico, limpio y como es tan grande imagino que el mantenimiento se hace costoso, pero como propietaria de negocio de hostelería les recomendaría cambiaran la iluminación por led y intalaran la maquinita de que cuando entras a la habitación insertas la llave, pues a nosotros se nos olvidaba muchas veces apagar la luz. Otro fallito: las almohadas una por persona demasiado fina y dos demasiada almohada.”

“In pre pandemic times I would always stay here as I appreciated the location and excellent service. On my first trip to Paris in a few years I chose to stay here again. Albeit now renovated and renamed M Social Hotel. I was just as well served by the courteous and professional staff. The renovated rooms have been well upgraded and the improvements in comfort were noticeable, and especially in line with modern needs (easy internet connectivity, a new large panel television with an easy to use interface, improved room lighting and new bathroom hardware etc. My only slight gripe was with the water pressure in the shower which could be better. Small detail which I’m sure they will sort out. Overall, strongly recommended and will go again. Also, Eli at the front desk went above and beyond in assuring all was good with my stay.”
