“I don’t always leave comments unless the service is exceptionally good or bad. Fortunately this case is the formal. The hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located. It provides the top notch amenities in the center of Madrid.
I was extremely impressed by the hotel staff. The hotel employees are polite, respectful but also leave you sufficient personal space. You can tell they are proud to work in this hotel.
I encountered a minor issue when staying at the hotel. It’s usually a test of hotel’s service when an issue arises. Everyone involved took it very seriously and really went out of their way to make sure the issue was solved and made me feel welcomed.
I don’t think I can stay anywhere else in Madrid after this experience.”
