“Stayed a couple times in the past no issues. Heat went out in my apartment. Go to stay the night. Then get refused because I’m a local? I’m a business owner apart of the community. Absolutely rude as can be about it and could care less. Saying there a privately owned business and can refuse who they want lol Don’t worry I stayed at the Lockwood which is x5 nicer then this establishment”
