“There is not 4or5 star hotel as they guarantee. I had 2 nights there to celebrate New year 2020 with my friends on the 3rd floor. The bed is to small.
My friend from others room left her beer and then it gone while she come back. The hotel said because of maid are outsource. WTF the hotel must take their ownership but not. Not recommend this place.”

“We enjoyed pretty much everything, other than two things:
1. The bathroom ventilation fan was not working properly, and it was a pain to have them fixed it , it took a long time for them to actually take actions. However, they provided free fruit plates as a way to compensate.
2. I called the dining services for an in-room delivery, they forgot it totally.
Other than these, the rest are pretty satisfying.”
