“Thank you for the warm welcome. Everything was as what you would expect from 5 star hotel. The location is very convenient- 50 meters from Metro station. The room extremely clean and spacious. The food (breakfast and lunch) was awesome. The people at the reception were kind and responsive. Strongly recommended!”

“This hotel was surprisingly very nice! I never heard of it, so I had no idea what to expect and let me say they really sold me on how nice it is with the ice cream cart in the lobby to the Gourmet shop just a few steps away, outstanding breakfast and dinner. Concierge ready there to help at anytime. Now the rooms upstairs have a nice beauty to it the beds are comfortable and you have plugs almost everyone in the room to plug your devices, the bathroom was well designed and the scenery from my room was pretty good. I also had room service that was outstanding which is no surprise since the restaurant downstairs was outstanding also!”

Friendly and efficient service overall. Improved air conditioning much better and was the biggest negative issue in the past, so well done. Some issues with the breakfast this time as coffee only accessible from the coffee bar area for several days. .... too may variations of potatoes, should always have grilled tomatoes or mushrooms, BEST BEDS AND PILLOWS.

everything was amazing and very professional. the staff are very friendly, the cleaning in the rooms is great, laundry as well. the gym operates 24 hours which is perfect. the hotel location is very convenient either for business stay or a touristic visit. in summary it was a great experience.

Had a really fantastic stay, even though it was entirely for business. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean with lovely beds for a good night's sleep. Our arranged conference room was well prepared, had coffee and snacks, really a pleasure. Even though the Sky Bar was closed during our stay, alternative arrangements were made and we could enjoy the 6 to 8 drinks and food. Meals were first class well prepared and presented. All in all a wonderful stay, thanks.
