“Such a nice hotel. You arrived and the staff can't do enough for you. They're willing to help you in anyway. I arrived around 1am and they were happy and bright and jolly. Hotel itself is amazing. Very nice rooms. Very nice views. I was on the 31st floor and got amazing views. Bed is super comfortable and bathrooms are great with very nice bath and rain showers. I like the modernness of the hotel with the touch controls for lights, aircon, blinds and windows. The hotel is across the road from a Mosque (pretty much most of Instanbul is never far from one) but the good thing is the windows are good enough to not really hear the calls to prayer in the morning so as to not disturb your sleep. Very nice restaurant for breakfast and large array of fruit and vegetables and cheeses and even cakes if you so want in the morning. Eggs Benedict is recommended! Definitely be coming back when I go to Istanbul next time.”

“The price is very high according to the service -Location not that bad but taxi drivers refused to take you to the area as it was crowded . - if you requested for a Taxi via the concierge it will take ever . - We arrived around 14.30 and got the room at 16.00 . - the front office staff were extremely rude , they asked you to wait for the room without a single apology. - Not even a service recovery or compensation (drink ) for proving me the key late . - the weather was 32 and the AC was not working it was set to 23 , i called them to send me the technician it took him 1 hour to check and off course was not working . - I have to stay inside the room with the technician for 1 hour . - at night still the AC was not cooling I called them hundred times they dont even botther them self to pick up the phone . - I have to call the room service to transfer the call then again they send the technician for fixing the AC . - I had to go down to ask them to change my room as my health condition required a cooler AC . -They changed the room but the AC was fixed to AUTO cooler a bit but not that cold . - I was informed but the front office manager that they always fixed the AC according to their standards not the customer standards as the summer just began. - No customer service , no compensation nothing . - it was the worst hotel experience in my life . - The turkish tourism has to improve in customer service and how to train their staff to deal with customer in a proper manner . -The only thing which was perfect is the house keeping they are amazing - Front office Rude andaggressive staff - No recommended at all .”
