“I stayed solo for a week to explore the city. Perfect location with multiple sights within walking distance. Public transportation immediately in front of hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and engaged with me each day about my activities. Grocery one block away. My room was attractive and clean. Shower handle broke day before my departure and I heard another guest complain about the same thing. Not fancy but comfortable and I felt safe.”

“The Best Western at Grant Park is our home away from home in Chicago. We frequently stay here when we come to town to visit family. It is close to everything you need to have a wonderful time, great museums, great restaurants, shopping and the trains. We park our car don't need to drive again until it is time to go home. Every thing about this hotel is perfect, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, great views and extremely clean and comfortable.”
