“My wife & I visited the Resident Soho twice during our trip through England. We chose this hotel based on its exceptional reviews and prime location (proximity to famous sights, center city, and many excellent bars & restaurants). When we arrived we were greeted warmly by extremely friendly staff. We had never been to London and had many questions about the area, sights and places to go for great food. Pablo, Evita and other members of the staff went out of their way to suggest places and point them out on the map. Their suggestions were spot on and made our trip an even more wonderful experience. The entire hotel was clean & modern. The rooms were spacious and well furnished considering the location in central London. They were also air-conditioned, which is not always the standard in the UK. Despite the fact that the hotel is located close to busy pubs and other night life, it is far enough to be removed from potentially obnoxious noise. Considering the location, size of the rooms and the sincere friendly and professional nature of the staff, we highly recommend this place for anyone coming to central London for pleasure or business. Yes, the price of the rooms may seem to be on the higher side, but a local comparison will show that they are actually at par or more affordable than many of their peers. And as old saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Insider tip: become a member for free and benefit from significant savings.”
