“A minha experiência com esse hotel foi apior possível péssima. Tive alta expectativa em relação ao hotel e tive grande frustração. Paguei seis diárias para quarto com duas camas separados. Na recepção me chegaram esse quarto eu tendo pago pra isso. Falaram que se eu quisesse o quarto que eu quero tenho que pagar por ele e eu já havia pago para a agência que contratei. Perguntei se tinha o quarto disponível eles afirmaram que tinham . Tive que pagar ou seja paguei para tal quarto duas vezes. Para a agência e para o hotel. Li no site do Booking q o mesmo hotel havia cedido para um casal em lua de mel um quarto upgrade simplesmente porque estavam em lua de mel ou seja dois pesos e duas medidas. Foram completamente inflexíveis mesmo eu tendo mostrado q havia pago pelo quarto que eu estava solicitando. A recepção falou em tom altamente antipático. Jamais retornarei a qualquer hotel desta rede e jamais o indicarei. Vale ressaltar q o casal não pagou pelo upgrade foi cortesia para eles e eu q já havia pago tive que pagar novamente . Onde saiuchegaram é negaram.”
