“The hotel is a bit tired and would deserve thorough refab. However friendly and professional staff makes whatever is possible to meet customer expectations and improve overall stay experience.
Initially my review was rather negative but attention and customer focus of the hotel staff and management rescued reputation of the Hilton brand I have been loyal for years…
On positive note, rooms have high ceilings and the location it truly awesome.
