“One of the best hotel in Indonesia with historic past. The architecture is grand but rather too old and not too modern. The room itself is comfy but feels 'not from this era' aka old. It is spacious and there are many free amenities inside. Breakfast menu is various and taste good, there are many choices mostly international dishes. The service is very helpfull and taking any initiative when we need help. 5 star hotel indeed.”

“Me and my friend booked a room in January 3rd 2021. I came there with a motorcycle, and no parking for my motorcycle. They pointed me to an illegal parking lot behind the building. That is against the law and dangerous for the motorcycle. I try to negotiate with the people in the hotel there, but they refused me with such an arrogance. Eventually, I cancelled my room and find another five star hotel in the nearby area. The arrogance and lack of decency of this hotel make me sick.”
