“I’ll start with the positives, my friend and I stayed one night here and everything was great, granted it was a Tuesday so everything in the hotel was closed...the room was fabulous and seemingly clean, if I was solely rating the actual stay I would give it 5 stars, what knocks down my rating is what happened after I checked out. Long story short I was billed for “mini bar items” that we didn’t take, in fact we took nothing from the minibar. The only reason that I finally got a refund was NOT due to any help I got from the staff at the hotel, in the days after my stay I called the billing department, left a message and called and called, nothing...I finally tried emailing, only to have my emails come back to me as undeliverable. On the day of checkout, I ended up getting two invoices emailed to me, one with the correct amount and one with the extra mini bar charges. So my advice, as much as I recommend staying at this hotel, beware of any charges that might be added on to your bill”
