“A 5 star hotel with great dining options. Tried IGNIV, Viu, and the dessert shop at the lobby and all were very enjoyable culinary experiences.
One issue with the place is the parking, which can be tight for larger cars.”

“I think service standard is poor lately may be due to long break during COVID19. I was not greeted and led to the seat at the lounge for an afternoon tea, had to find a table on my own and when I chose a table, staff said this one has been reserved. There was no reserved sign, how can I know. Any seat is fine to me, just tell me where can I be seated. Even worse, staff was teasing and chatting to each other during work, loud enough that I can hear inappropriate words. Afternoon tea is just like a lucky draw sometimes taste good, sometimes not. This theme set "wonderland" is good comparing to the previous "organic"theme which we barely ate anything.”
