“We are still at the hotel but can't move. It's 19°c outside but our room is 30°+ and won't cool. Can't open window more than a crack. Didn't think staying in a room hot as an oven was a risk when the outside temperature goes as low as 10° overnight.
Hall and lobby are nice and cool because they have AC, rooms apparently do not.
When I notified the front desk, they said, " that's not good. Are you using the fan?" When I said yes and that's blowing hot air around they responded "Very sorry it's so hot, there's nothing I can do". Seriously, I don't want your pitty I just want to be able to sleep.
Had I not prepaid I would have left already!”
