Um bom hotel com bons serviços. Excelente apresentação, área de criancas e de lazer. Deixou um pouco a desejar no wc do quarto.

Hotel de quartos com bom tamanho. Cama confortável e banheiro com boa banheira. Pena que a ducha não mantém a temperatura, intercalando altas temperaturas com agua gelada, apesar do misturador ser daqueles que indica a temperatura. Fiz aniversário durante a minha estadia. Quando informei o número de meu quarto pata a atendente no café ganhei um bolinho e cordiais cumprimentos. Isso foi muito gentil, gostei muito. Não ganhou 5 estrelas devido a temperatura da ducha.Hotel rooms with good size. Comfortable bed and bathroom with good bath. It was a shame that the shower does not maintain the temperature, sandwiching high temperatures with cold water, despite the mixer being those indicating the temperature. I made birthday during my stay. When I informed the number of my room paw the clerk at the cafe got a cake and cookies and cordial greetings. That was very nice, really enjoyed. He did not win 5 stars because the temperature of the shower.

Hotel bom com quartos espaçosos, é um bom pequeno almoço, o staff não é muito simpático e fala mal Inglês, numa cadeia internacional como a Novohotel não é admissível.... Falamos inglês com eles respondem em alemão! Principalmente no Bar.Notei que não existe a preocupação com o cliente em termos de nos sentirmos em casa...

Hotel céntrico, con personal muy amable y parking grande. La piscina hay q reservarla para usar. Desayuno buffet variado y muy bueno. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y en menos de cinco minutos nos la habían cambiado. Muy recomendable

Hotel muito bem localizado, especialmente se vc tem por objetivo visitar o Deutch Museum , super perto , há estacionamento no hotel , quarto espaçosos, mobiliário atual , colchão muito confortável , banheiro com banheira , e roupa de cama impecável! O café da manhã acontece no lounge muito charmoso, e é riquíssimo!! Há na frente do hotel uma passagem por um parque que da nos fundos do museu , uma facilidade sem tamanho depois de andar horas por lá.

Unimpressed for a variety of reasons, most of which seem to be the designers of the rooms just don't seem to try using them.Unable to switch off lights from bed. Tiny space even on a "superior" room.No full length mirror anywhere in the room.No drawers. Tiny wardrobe too.Shower very low (and very old fashioned, not a proper "hotel" (rain) shower) and then sprays over/waters the shower gel through rubbish placement.Substandard cleaning with hairs from shaving still there after two days and nose bleed (thanks aircon) blood left for three.Overpriced breakfast that I didn't go with (and very unappetising croissant when I tried one).Plenty of other issues, but this chain won't have my custom again, even with the lure of the sauna.Unlike other hotels, this one didn't seem to want to welcome/greet guests and nearly always had a queue at reception.TV is without chromecast/appleTV so no mirroring from ipad/phone. nor is it central to the bed.

It’s not the first time we are staying here. Very friendly attentive reception, rooms are clean, have everything you need. The hotel offers free drinks and early check-in if you’d like to get your membership (that is free of charge as well) Great choice for your stay in Munich!

Muy buena atencion por parte del personal. Amables y profesionales. Desde el check inn que te hacer sentir bienvenido y ofrecen regalos para las familias. La habitacion es normal y las camas tambien. El baño tambien es normal. Desafortunadamente estan arreglando el wellness area y estara listo el 01 de agoso de 2019 asi que para usar la pileta se debe ir a una que esta a 5 minutos a pie. Es grande y hay 2 zonas distintas de baño, pero no hay acceso al sauna porque debe pagarse un adicional. Hay parking para 34 autos, hay varios ascendores y la limpieza es buena. El desayuno es bueno con bastante variedad ymuchos platos calientes y frios aparte de frutas y panaderia. Check out rapido.

Estuve en este hotel por trabajo. Las instalaciones son modernas y funcionales, todo está bastante está limpio y las habitaciones renovadas. Desayuno buffet abundante. Si bien no es un hotel céntrico, está cerca de la estación de tren SBahn, bien comunicado. Inicialmente mi reseña era más alta, pero tengo que cambiarla tras la negativa experiencia con el pago. Al llegar a España comprobé que me habían cobrado dos veces, y fue una odisea resolverlo

Muy buena situación, cerca del Centro. Parada de S muy cercana con varias líneas. Habitación bien equipada, WC separado del lavabo que incluye cabina de ducha y bañera, canales múltiples de televisión incluye TVE 24 horas y Canal Internacional. Servicio de café, té y chocolate en la habitación Buffet bien dotado, servicio impecable, trato muy correcto. En recepción hay personal en algunos horarios que habla español. Cafetería donde también se puede comer una carta justa en número de platos pero sobrada de calidad. Recomiendo la tabla de fiambres. Limpieza de habitación excelente. Deficiencias mínimas a mi entender, armario muy justo de tamaño para dos personas. Faltan cajones en el mobiliario que por otra parte es moderno y bonito.

Buen hotel. Tarifa buena. Ubicación excepcional. La limpieza no es de lo mejor y como muchos hoteles que buscan ahorros a costa del cliente, hay que pedir jabón y shampoo extra todos los días. El desayuno es demasiado caro y hay decenas de sitios mejores alrededor para comer. La arquitectura no ameritó foto. Es un Hotel para dormir no para admirar.
