Great hotel and regarding to its price is the most cheap 5 star hotel that I have visited. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very helpful ! Especially the people in reception were great , smiling and very helpful. However the cleaning staff needs to learn a bit better English , as many times (and every day) they invaded in our room and although we tried to explain that we would leave the room a specific time they were asking us all the time to clean it , actually one day they even didn't clean it. Another day , although they had cleaned it , there was toilet paper inside the toilet. The position isn't the best if your plans are to visit the center of the City. However is something you can't change and you know before you visit it. So it's ok . It was great holidays in a great city . I personally would not stay here if I had a choice. We missed a connecting flight because of a delayed flight from Turkish Airlines so they put us here. The only saving grace of this place was the courteous front desk people and host at the food serving places. Everything else was not that great. I have a food intolerance and they didn't understand what gluten is. I'm pretty sure I had something with gluten in it at one point since I felt fairly sick afterwards. The rooms stank of cigarette smoke and I checked the beds for bed bugs. While the beds didn't have bed bugs, there was staining from them being there at one point, which was concerning. I have no idea why this is rated a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was that 30-50 years ago, but not anymore. Overall, I wouldn't willingly choose to stay here.Addition: this particular hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so if you thought that you'd be able to view Istanbul while staying here, unfortunately, you cannot. There's a mall nearby, but you'd have to call a car or taxi to be able to get there because of the major highway right in between. Such a shame :(

This hotel is definitely no 4-star hotel. I give him only 2.5 stars. I write about my room. The carpet was dirty. Someone dropped wine or so all over. All furniture must be renewed. Towels are very old, rough, hard. If I play 100%, I must also get 100%. I got a room which was only separated from another one by a door.A family room. I also heard every night what the other people did on bed there inside. It was loud! Most of the kind staff speak English not too much. The location is not good when you are a tourist. Too far away from the city center. There is no train station nearby. You must take a taxi or rent a car. A 4 or 5 star hotel in New York, Paris, Quito, or Dubai is another thing ... world. For the price you pay here, you can get another hotel nearby the city center with better facilities. I changed the hotel.

I don’t know who rated it as a 5 star hotel. Very small rooms and unbelievably small washroom. I have to change the room. Hotel staff was helpful but communication was a big problem. Old door lock system, every time you have to go to the reception to rescan the keys. No A/C as the whole system switched to heating. I have to keep open my small window all the time and one fine morning saw 2 guys were cleaning the windows without prior notification. I guess hotel star awarding bodies should pay them a visit.

I did not give it five stars as I believe it is not a five star hotel no air conditioning in the room cannot get hot food in the restaurant. And there is absolutely no entertainment. No outdoor space to relax in as for the swimming pool downstairs it is more like a paddling pool. The towels look like they should have been thrown away 5 years ago. The only good thing I have to say about the place is the bed is comfortable and the reception staff are very friendly. Baris Merve. And the other staff at front reception are very helpful

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. If it were, it would have been clean. If it were it would have had edible food. If it were the staff would not despise their guests. This is a farce of a hotel which is only used to assist the incompetence of Turkish Airlines in overbooking and cancelling flights. No one chooses to stay at this hotel. You are forced to stay here because Turkish Airlines messed up your flight.

I had a lovely stay here. Thank you to Emirkan and his team, they are nice people working behind the reception. Everyone working there was kind and helpful. The breakfast is okay here. I loved the room, very tidy..and the view from the window- Gave me peace! X

To be honest, I was shocked when I walked into the room. The carpet was extremely dirty, the wallpaper was practically peeling off one of the walls, the tables were in a poor state and the bed itself appeared to have aged like fine wine. Moreover, the lighting was dim at best and the air conditioning was no help against the sweltering heat. Would not recommend to anybody, especially as it claims itself to be a five star hotel and will definitely not stay here again.

Awful experience. The room on one of the top floors was extremely hot. The AC wasn't working well. The mattress and the bed sheet felt like plastic of the cheapest quality. The restaurant in the reception was not the best quality either. I couldn't catch a single minute of sleep before my flight the following morning. I should have just stayed I the airport and rest there instead of paying 100 euros for a room here + the transfer. Don't recommend.

Breakfast is out of this world. Breads and pastry galore. Omelet station, eggs served in a variety of ways. Sausages and all neat products are halal. No fear of eating forbidden food. Freshly squeezed juices and turkish coffee. Talk about the teas so good. Unfortunately I could not partake in a lot of the dishes because my mouth was a mess from work being done to it

BAD HOTEL, fui fazer uma cirurgia essa bagunça do hotel estava incluída no meu pacote, quartos horríveis e sujos, em uma semana eles limparam duas vezes, mais no último dia me cobraram o custo de alguns lençóis que devido aos drenos que eu tinha sujos, eles nunca nos deram água, exceto o que bebíamos no café da manhã. Experiência ruim, especialmente após uma cirurgia em que se gostaria de se sentir confortável. Deve fechar, ainda por cima em uma localização RUIM longe de tudo, eles não permitem que nada chegue ao hotel como Glovo ou getir para comer e você tem que comer naqueles restaurantes HORRENDS que eles têm lá, além disso até caro

The room carpets and the bath are not as clean as a 5 star hotel. The people are nice, but I had to find out many things myself, including how to use the card-secured elevator. The location is not nice; in the crossing of several highways. Not a calming location. Maybe good for business trips. The food is good though.

The worst experience of my life ever. The hotel manager deceived me by booking a tourist guide and taxi for me. They charged me 100$ and drop me at the city center and come back after 3 hours. I was having a small kid but the driver left us lonely although the manager was saying it is a guided tour. Never trust the hotel management they can easily trick you, by charging extra and giving poor service.

Como não fiquei em seus quartos, não vou comentar sobre isso. Mas posso dizer coisas positivas sobre a parte usada como salão de casamento em um evento de casamento. Em geral, é um local limpo e espaçoso. Jovens amigos carregando comida e bebida são muito respeitosos e prestam um serviço muito bom. Eles estão servindo continuamente por horas sem parar. Eu apreciei muito isso. Com exceção das entradas frias, os pratos quentes são muito bons e deliciosos.Tudo isso de lado, só há uma razão pela qual estou deduzindo 2 estrelas, o estacionamento. Esta é a segunda vez na minha vida que vejo um estacionamento tão negligenciado e abandonado. A primeira foi na Flórida, e a segunda é essa... O estacionamento é oficialmente usado como área de resíduos de escavação. Você está procurando um lugar vazio para si mesmo passando pelas escavações. Além disso, há maus cheiros que cheiram mal. Quase um quarto do estacionamento já está escavado, resíduos de móveis, janelas pop-up, etc. Como está cheio de gente, você não consegue encontrar um lugar livre em um evento como um casamento. Além disso, os estacionamentos dos shoppings continuam extremamente luxuosos. Espero que as autoridades tornem o estacionamento digno da grandiosidade do prédio em breve.

Este hotel servia anteriormente sob a marca de Holiday Inn. Agora, com a nova marca, o Sundance Hotel Istanbul dá as boas-vindas aos seus hóspedes.

La comida era media fría y sin sabor, horrible.... La habitación era bastante bien

Aún que elijas habitación de no fumadores huele a tabaco.. Al hacer check out (muy temprano), pido un taxi en recepción y el único recepcionista me intenta convencer a ir con un señor que estaba allí , que decía que era el “shuttle del hotel”, primero dijo que el precio era 150 liras, luego intentó con 50 liras.. bueno, pues recomiendo precaución y el uso de taxi oficial.

Solo pasamos una noche en el Holiday Inn de Estambul porque perdimos un vuelo procedente de la India y Turkish Airlines nos lo facilitó. La habitación está bien. Cenamos en el self service del hotel y la verdad, no se pasa nada...Nos quedamos porque para ir al centro tienes que llamar a un taxi porque el hotel está ubicado a las afueras de la ciudad. Siempre es mucho más agradable, aunque sea de menor calidad, hospedarse en algún lugar desde el que te puedas mover sin necesidad de recurrir a un transporte público o privado. No repetiría

Se encuentra mal ubicado lejos de los centros turísticos y complicado para acceder a los centros comerciales de la zona, por medio de transporte público. Los servicios son buenos, pero el edificio se encuentra mal mantenido, el WC perdía agua y la puerta del baño estaba desencajada. Creo que hay opciones más convenientes.
