Excelente cuidado de sua parte; atenciosos e resolutos para tornar a estadia o mais agradável possível e atender os hóspedes em qualquer eventualidade. Ele fez um gesto com a minha família que tornou inesquecível o nosso fim de viagem pela Espanha com uma menina de 5 anos. Muito boa localização em Salamanca, a um passo do Mercado de La Paz, Serrano, toda a oferta comercial e gastronômica de Lagasca, Coello e Jorge Juan. Com estacionamento próprio e outro atrás. Bom café da manhã. Eu recomendo solicitar quartos externos.

Excelente atención en recepción, muy especialmente Virginia. Tuvo un gesto con mi familia que hizo que nuestro fin de viaje por España con una niña de 5 años fuera inolvidable. Muy buena ubicación en Salamanca, a un paso del Mercado de La Paz, de Serrano, de toda la oferta comercial y gastronómica de de Lagasca, Coello y Jorge Juan. Con parking propio y otro a espaldas. Buen desayuno. Recomiendo solicitar habitaciones exteriores.

Hotel well positioned but my room is close to next building which is a restaurant and the noise everyday around 11:00 pm - 00:30 am of tables and chairs scratching the floor is just impossible to get to sleep. I’m there for business therefore I have to go sleep early to wake up around 07:00 and thus I would not recommend to come here for business trip. The Wi-Fi is free but slow (3 Mbit).

Esta vez nos alojamos en una habitación mejor que la vez anterior, con vistas a la calle. Las habitaciones interiores son más sombrías y creo que más pequeñas. La cama y las ventanas garantizan un buen descanso. Las habitaciones también cuentan con una puerta que divide el dormitorio del vestíbulo, lo cual proporciona mayor aislamiento acústico respecto a los pasillos. La ducha es fantástica, con buena presión y variedad de chorros de agua. El secador de pelo es de los pocos realmente funcionales que he encontrado en hoteles. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio en el sótano. La atención por parte de los trabajadores fue excelente.En cuanto a mejoras, creo que las habitaciones podrían tener más luz artificial y echo en falta más cajoneras. También podrían dejar pantuflas de cortesía.

Desta vez ficamos em um quarto melhor que o anterior, com vista para a rua. Os quartos interiores são mais escuros e penso que são mais pequenos. A cama e as janelas garantem um bom descanso. Os quartos também possuem uma porta que divide o quarto do hall, o que proporciona maior isolamento acústico dos corredores. O chuveiro é fantástico, com boa pressão e uma variedade de jatos de água. O secador de cabelo é um dos poucos realmente funcionais que encontrei em hotéis. O hotel tem um pequeno ginásio na cave. A atenção dos trabalhadores foi excelente.Em relação às melhorias, acho que os quartos poderiam ter mais luz artificial e sinto falta de mais gavetas. Eles também podem deixar chinelos de cortesia.

Excelente equipe. A localização também ... mas me incomodou um pouco que não há água de aquecimento no quarto. Eu pedi, mas parece estar indisponível, descer até a recepção para fazer um chá é desconfortável.Caso contrário, muito satisfeito e com certeza ficaria aqui novamente (trazendo meu próprio kattle)

Llevo un año alojándome entre 2 o 5 días para trabajar, una vez al mes. A veces me ha acompañado mi mujer.Desde el punto de vista de mi "business" tengo todo lo que hay que tener.Cuando estamos los dos, disfrutamos ,además, del comercio TOP y de la noche del barrio de Salamanca.Tiene parking y eso es oro en esa zona.La gente que trabaja es muy profesional y afable...y seguimos...

El personal genial. La ubicación también… pero me ha molestado un poco que no haya para calentar agua en la habitación. Lo he pedido pero parece no estar disponible, bajar a recepción a hacerse un té es incómodo.Por lo demás estoy muy satisfecho y volvería sin duda a alojarme aquí (trayendo mi propio kattle)

Don't stay at this hotel, the manager don't care if the room is clean on time. Bad service, look for other options. They don't have a good coach or chair on the lobby. The rooms are very small. The sink doesn't work correct. They charge for a 5 star hotel but the only good thing they have is the location.

La verdad es que el Hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona comercial pero muy tranquila. La atención es excelente por parte de todos los empleados y el desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones son grandes y están remodeladas. Aunque es la primera vez que hago una reseña, ya he estado varias veces. Reservar con tiempo los fines de semana, ya que suelen estar bastante llenos. Excelente relación calidad/precio.

Buenas tardes, recomiendo el hotel cien por cien, sobre todo por su buena ubicación en el centro de Madrid. Durante mi estancia en el hotel el alojamiento estaba bastante limpio y cuidado , el trato del personal fue muy correcto. Destacar el desayuno buffet que tiene que es variado y completo.

Já havia tentado o NH várias vezes, mas esta me surpreendeu para sempre. Muito limpo e arrumado, e o tratamento do pessoal é imbatível. Charmosa e facilitando ao máximo além de orientar os serviços da região.

Entendo que o alto custo deve ser devido à localização, pois os serviços não são tão bons se comparados a um hotel da Gran Vía. Os quartos não precisam esquentar água e tomar chá, exceto cafeteira. Você tem que descer até o saguão para pegar esses produtos. Não há calor nos quartos. Mas devo admitir que sua equipe é muito gentil.

Entiendo que el alto costo debe ser por la ubicación, porque de ahí los servicios no son tan buenos en comparación con un hotel en la Gran Vía. Las habitaciones no tienen para calentar agua y tomarse un té, menos una cafetera. Se tiene que bajar al lobby para obtener esos productos. No se siente calidez en las habitaciones. Pero debo reconocer que su personal es muy gentil.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização no centro e a uma curta caminhada de todos os restaurantes e lojas da vizinhança. O tratamento da equipa é imbatível, muito atencioso e familiar.

El hotel posee una magnífica ubicación en el centro y a pocos pasos de todos los restaurantes y tiendas del barrio. El trato del personal es inmejorable, muy atentos y familiares.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Atención de recepción muy justita, no aportan valor añadido, muy secas y poco cordiales, da un poco de pereza tratar con ellas. Desayuno bastante por debajo de las expectativas. Relación calidad precio mala.

Not pet friendly and not recommend After booking with the reservation team for a room with a terrace and then paying the extra for our 2 small dogs and checking all was ok ! We then arrived and at checkin the lady told us we could not leave the dogs on the room alone ever and had to take them with us all the time so that meant the breakfast we booked we couldn’t have as you can’t take dogs in the restaurant. We specifically booked this hotel as we had an important meeting with one of our suppliers at a restaurant in. calle Jorge Juan but where unable yo meet them as we couldn’t sneak the dogs into the restaurant even if we disguised them . So on a Friday night at 6.30pm we were left stranded and had no other choice then to move to a proper dog friendly hotel the Westin Palace who were very accommodating and gave us a lovely dog bed , bowls etc and were very welcoming. The NH hotel gave us nothing for the dogs we have our own things but it’s not the point if they advertise as Pet Friendly they certainly need to go on a training course . N H hotels your lagasca hotel is a joke and you nearly ruined our trip and cost us lots of out of expenses costs as having to get taxis to every meeting we had to do to us a pain . You are certainly not pet friendly. If you have a dog please don’t stay here you will have a horrible time and your poor pet won’t get a proper rest either - hotel stays are not just for humans dogs enjoy them too especially at Westin Palace . NH look at your policies now or you may find you will have a lot more unhappy clients like me who will never set foot in one if your establishments ever again even if it was free ..... Very dishonest and disappointing and disrespectful to pet owners Shame on you !!!!!!!

Very comfortable. Clean. Well equipped. Very good location. Perfect while on a business trip. breakfast was rich and served well.

The rooms can be small but are all nicely furnished and clean. I was lucky since my plane got cancelled to spend an additional night and I got a large room. The thing to improve is the check in desk. They are very slow and not very efficient. If you happen to arrive when a few guests are ahead of you, you might have to wait at least 15 minutes.

This hotel is good on many aspects. It's location is one big plus point, right in the business district. Easily accessible by car, metro and walk. Rooms are very clean, nither too big for too small medium size. Bathroom s are decent and very clean. Reception is good and they give warm welcome to guests and check in and check out are really fast. Although I did not try their restaurant it must be good as it was filled with people always.

Modern and clean room in wonderful and lush shopping district of Madrid. The hotel is cosy and comfortable and offers a varied breakfast with local produce. Wonderful location to explore the local neighbourhood by foot and visit one of the various restaurants in the area.Do try to get a room that is in upper floors and avoid room on 1st floor above garage since it is noisy due to bins being located there and pick up at very early morning hours will wake you.
