“Took my wife here for high tea for our anniversary - stunning decor, excellent service & an incredibly tasty selection. We couldn’t finish our plates- but not through lack of trying! Expensive but certainly worth it. A highly recommended treat.”

“Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff in every section of the hotel are genuinely friendly and available to help. They clearly enjoy their jobs and have chosen to make careers of them. Of course the food, beverages and furnishings are luxurious and decadent... especially the cocktails! But we really felt it was the staff that made our stay so special. They are all young and fun, so whilst the hotel is very high end and ultra professional we never felt at all like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. Our room was beautiful, the pool and spa is gorgeous, the Observatory Bar was so lovely to relax in and the staff there are sensational and so talented! We actually wish we didn’t have tickets to a show while we were in town so we didn’t have to leave!! Thank you for having us, we loved every minute and admire the time and commitment you must dedicate to training your staff. They are wonderful! 💖”
