“We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room (suite) was spacious and looked nice and clean. Location is good with easy access to metro/tram and basic stores. Staff was friendly and also the breakfast was according to, or above, expectations. Only negative experience we had was with the restaurant: food was below average and service even lower. We basically got kicked out (got a receipt before dessert without asking). The bar was even worse as there was clearly a lack of staff. After almost an hour waiting we just left. Better to close the bar in that case... The entry to the parking is tricky with a larger car (pay attention for your rimms). All together we had a great time, hopefully the restaurant/bar issue can get solved as it's a shame in comparison with the rest of the hotel. Extra kudos to the management/administration for their flexibility for changing our booking and fast responses.”

“The location of the hotel is great! The room was not the cleanest. Old hair was left in the shower and the room needed some serious dusting. I would recommend bringing face towels (wash cloths) because there were none. Also, the tv doesn't translate so maybe bringing a tablet or laptop if you have children. The staff were nice.”
