“Ubicación perfecta, a poca distancia a pie de lo más céntrico de Toulouse. Personal excelente con un trato exquisito. Habitaciones geniales, muy cuidadas y con todos los detalles. Sin lugar a dudas un 10.”

“Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. El año pasado durante unos días de vacaciones en la ciudad, y está año de paso a Lyon. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A unos 10 min caminando de la place Wilson y del centro histórico. Teniendo en cuenta cómo son los hoteles en Francia (nosotros venimos de España), este hotel es totalmente recomendable. Nosotros viajamos mucho por Francia y solemos hospedamos en Pullman porque no te encuentras sorpresas. La calidad es similar en los hoteles de esta cadena. Está limpio y es silencioso. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones no son súper pequeñas. El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad, con productos típicos de la zona. El servicio es muy amable y servicial. El parking es un poco extraño. Aunque tiene acceso directo al hotel, despues de descargar el equipaje en la zona de carga y descarga delantede la puerta del hotel, o bien te aparcan ellos el coche (a nosotrosno nos gusta), o tienes que ir con el aparcacoches porque tienen que abrirte ellos, la puerta de acceso. Si necesitas ir al coche a recoger o dejar cualquier cosa, ellos tienen que a compañarte. Y dejas las llaves del coche en recepción por si tienen que moverlo en el propio parking. Eso sí, te acompañan amablemente las veces que haga falta. En cuanto al precio, no es barato pero merece la pena pagar un poco más porque se nota en la calidad y limpieza. Volveremos sin duda si regresamos a Toulouse.”
