Hotel moderno, perto de todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Quarto com vista excelente e muito confortável. Óptimo e saudável pequeno almoço. Com recantos originais, propícios a dois dedos de conversa e a uma boa fotografia. Staff muito simpático e com um inglês fluente.

Café da manhã excelente, acima da média. Equipe muito bem treinada. Hotel limpo e muito bem localizado, bem ao lado do canal. A única restrição é a de ue fica a 700 mts da estação de metro mais próxima. De malas é uma boa distância. Venha de táxi ou pegue o trem no aeroporto, desça na estação central de Copenhagen, em frente à estação, ao lado do parque Tivoli (Tivoli gardens) há um ônibus (Linha 66 em direção a Sant Ann). Esse ônibus para há 60 mts da entrada do hotel.

os quartos são um pouco pequenos e datados, também pensamos assim. a localização é excelente, o hotel fica no rio e a 3 minutos a pé de nyhavn. a equipe foi super simpática e prestativa, especialmente Matthias, que nos forneceu um quarto melhor para nossa ocasião especial. a vista do quarto era excelente! o rio e a ópera estavam bem diante de nós.

The hotel is in a great place and has incredible staff, the only problems are that I wish the showers were a bit cleaner, that the mattress be more firm (both of us had back pain during our stay) and that there would be more pillow types.

rooms are a bit small and dated, we also think so. location is great, the hotel lies on the river and 3 minutes walk from nyhavn. staff was super friendly and helpful, especially matthias, who provided us with a nicer room for our special occasion. the view from the room was excellent ! the river and the opera house were right in front of us.

Poor service. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and no one at the reception desk was able to say what was going on. This could have been fatal. The place is run down. I would not recommend this place. A disappointing experience though in a good location

Pretty nice hotel in Kopenhagen. Rooms with a mezzanine have their own charm. Hotel placed near to Danish Mermaid and other attractions for example Kiss Bridge.

Didn't sleep well on both nights due to uncomfortable bed and noise from the lift. Rooms are dated.
Staff friendly and location good, breakfast ok.

O check-in é a partir das 15h, havia uma sala sem vigilância ao lado da recepção onde você poderia deixar sua mala por sua conta e risco. Há potencial para melhorias aqui, de forma que você realmente receba um recibo e a porta seja mantida trancada. Quando chegamos para fazer o check-in às 15, a fila de check-in ainda saía pela porta da frente. Dois na recepção que registraram os convidados e a recepção é muito pequena. Temos um quarto 208 que ficava em frente ao elevador no 2 º andar, nenhum espaço para recomendar, pois você acordou cedo no dia seguinte por todos que iam pegar o elevador. O quarto era grande e espaçoso, um armário de parede aberto com cabides e prateleiras para colocar suas roupas. Grande escrivaninha onde poderíamos guardar nossas malas. Mesmo que nossa visão fosse contra uma parede de tijolos com uma vista um pouco do canal e dos barcos, parecia aconchegante. Duas poltronas e uma mesa também tinham espaço, além de uma geladeira sem frigobar. Mas há uma mercearia nas proximidades, se você desejar lanches. Você tinha que se inscrever em horários diferentes quando queria tomar o café da manhã. O buffet de café-da-manhã estava fresco e havia muitas opções de escolha. Do metrô são 550 m até o hotel. Gosto de morar aqui várias vezes.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno correcto. El wifi funciona bien. Las instalaciones están ok. Lo negativo, de acorde a mi experiencia, fue el personal,siempre con cara de molestos, se extraña un sonrisa de vez en cuando. Lo otro sumamente molesto, es el tema del aseo, los cuartos de suministros estan justo en medio de las habitaciones, por lo tanto, las chicas del aseo a las 8am hacen mucho eruido en los pasillo, es demasiado, la aspiradora
