Experience Luxury at Park Tower, a 5-star Hotel in Buenos Aires

Beds very comfy and clean, service great apart from limited english in breakfast and when ordering room service. There is a constant smell of strong chemicals from the cleaning products the hotel uses. During breakfast I got up from my table to get my own coffee from the hot drinks table because I couldn't get the waiters attention, the asian waiter insisted on pouring for me when I just wanted to do it myself, which was really infuriating, like i was doing something wrong by helping myself, might I suggest staff looked around the restaurant more to see when people are trying to get their attention.

Wonderful hotel and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and easy to get around.

Great service. Rooms are a bit dated but nice artwork. Wish they did not charge for extra nespresso pods (you get 3 for the WHOLE stay-one is decaf 😩). Bottle of wine with status was nice (pic included below). Otherwise a nice lobby and people. Overall a 5 star but only because Of the service.

As a Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member I always enjoy any property within the Luxury Collection and this one was no disappointment. A beautifully appointed property with immense attention to detail, we had a luxurious short stay. We visited the spa and had two incredible Services by Patricia and Gabriella and enjoyed room service. Tomas provided us with excellent customer service during our entire stay and was very flexible given a abrupt flight change regarding arranging are transfer from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to many of the attractions in Buenos Aires.

Great staff! They make you fell comfortable and welcome. Bed is wonderful and pillows are fantastic! In general a great experience. During breakfast I have green tea and lemon and they had all done for me. Really like this place!
